iSpeedToLead.com & DealSpeed.co Reviews

Customer service is quick, the lead quality is good, and the software is easy to navigate! Would recommend!

Received two leads and already have a signed agreement!

Highly recommended lead service. On a coupon code lead, I did a $32k wholesale deal within my first 3 months with them.
Great service and an easy to use platform

Excellent customer service! Yuri is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—a true professional who delivers top-notch service. Definitely 5 stars!

Great leads, recently started working with them.

Despite opting out of this companies promotional material MULTIPLE times, they still continue to send me messages. Also their leads are often already contacted and OVERPRICED. GO ELSEWHERE

They sent me a lead for $213 I paid for it but tried over 10 times calling the property owner never answered when the went to his house his daughter told me he was dead over 2 years and tried to call I speed to lead again no one answered I sent 3 emails no answer this morning s a scam company I’m not recommending any real estate investor dealing with this scam company they will lose their money not worth even a try

At first I was weary. I wasn’t having much luck with leads until a friend of mine told me about iSpeed. It’s turned around my whole business. The leads were fantastic. I managed to close 4 properties all thanks to iSpeed!

Your leads are exactly what I want and need. You provide great detail and flexibility! Thank you for the great real estate leads!

My experience with Lucas was phenomenal. He was extremely supportive, patient, flexible and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how he has gone above and beyond in addressing my issues.

Very bad quality leads. Most of the reviews here are fake - no doubt.
I had 2K on my account balance but these greedy people didn't return my deposit, which was never used on their platform.
Do not trust them. They suck. The leads suck. Customer service barely responds.

I was skeptical about buying leads from anyone, Sofia followed up with me the most and was the most human out of all the other Pay Per Lead sales folks, so she got me to buy in. I was still nervous, but then bang-bang, 2/5 first exclusive leads turned into deals, 1 is already sold and one is most likely going to be sold this week. Just bought another batch of leads!

ISpeed To Lead
Attn:Julia Sobchenko

Dear Ms. Sobchenko,

I am writing in reference to my request made in August 2024 to terminate services with ISpeed To Lead, as the services did not meet my expectations. During our communication, you assured me that a refund would be processed by your support team in a timely manner, with an expected resolution by August 23, 2024. However, this has not been the case.

Furthermore, ISpeed To Lead charged my account an additional $608, totaling $912, after my cancellation request. As a result, I have initiated a formal dispute with Discover Card regarding these unauthorized charges.

I am again formally requesting an immediate refund of $912 from ISpeed To Lead. Please note that I have cc’d Discover Card Business Resolution and Fraud Services, as your company processed additional charges after being notified of my cancellation.

I expect this matter to be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will result in further escalation with Discover and the appropriate authorities.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Karl

Great leavds, reasonably priced. Most of the people were responsive when we tried to call or text. I was able to get a contract within the first week. I highly recommend them and I will be looking to buy alot more in the very near future.

So far so good. The customer support is great. I've refunded a few leads that were not interested in selling whatsoever. Their coupon club seems like a great deal, I'll be trying that next!

Good return policy. Haven’t closed a lead yet. Will be back to update if anything changes.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LEADS, SELLERS ARE NOT MOTIVATED AND SELLERS WILL TELL YOU THEY WERE PRESSURED TO SUBMIT THEIR INFORMATION WHEN THEY HAD SAID THEY WERE ALREADY NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING.

(PURCHASED 7 LEADS FROM THEM NONE WERE MOTIVATED TO SELL)

This review was originally 4 stars. I've bought 12 exclusive leads. None have worked out but they did refund 2. I ask for a 3rd refund based on the lead quality. They said it didn't qualify for a refund but if I leave a review they will refund it.

I left a 4 star review saying they honor refunds and I'm still testing them out. They decide to no longer give the refund since it was a 4 star review. Well, now it's 1 star after that experience. I will no longer be testing this platform. My monthly budget for PPL, PPC is 10k. Their loss.
