Very pleased with the dash cluster for a 2005 GMC Sierra. Shipped promptly, installed in about 20 minutes, and has worked perfectly. Core return was simple process. Highly recommend.

I am very happy. You did a great job and I received it within four days. My gauges work again!!!

The turnaround was fast. My disappointment is that on all of the gauges, none of the red/orange high or low markings were touched up at all. All of my indicators that should be marked in the red/orange color are so faded that they are barely discernable from the plain white standard range markings. Yes, my panel was cleaned and they removed almost all of the scratches and tape residue that the clear lense had. The indicator needles were either painted or replaced as they were very faded as well. So, they are at least easily visible. I don't think there was anything wrong with my panel when I sent it in. Just very faded and dirty. It does look much better. I don't know if (for example) all of the bulbs were replaced or if they are working they just leave them?

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of a Cadillac Cue replacement. It shipped quickly, took me about 20 minutes to take out my old and install the new, and super responsive.

Don’t waste your time. I had a radio that worked but had webbing on the screen. Went to look to replace it and came across ISS. Istalled unit after I bought it. It doesn’t work at all. Can’t access settings or anything else other than the settings for the music. Reached out too ISS and spoke with Melissa. She sent me a list of things to reset radio. After resetting. EVERYTHING stopped working. No gps no radio. NOTHING. Emailed her several times about a refund or exchange and nothing. No response. Don’t waste your time or money. Out of $400 and still no CUE that worked. Stay away

quick & easy to send in my dashboard cluster to have it repaired. Once it was received, they had it repaired within the week and mailed back at no cost to us. It was an easy install for me, and it works great. repair was reasonably priced. saved me money. thanks
