I would like to share my experience regarding the course. Excellent good relationship between science and training work. Great lecturers who transfer their knowledge in perfect way, give guidelines on how to improve our knowledge and skills at work. With a handful of tips and tools on how to carry out the process of players recovery. My personal opinion is that this course is highly recommended for all those involved in sport. Thank you for everything I learned and for wonderful experience

Well structured course with lots of information and Insights. The neccesarity to complete the course assignment top get the certificate is clearly the best way to make Sure the inputs are understand and can bei transferred. I really had appreciated it if there were a course handbook as for the course i currently take. Thats why there are not 5 stars.

I have recently completed the course entitled Certificate in Physical Training & Soccer Methodology and I enjoyed the course and thought it was well structured. I believe that the knowledge gained will help me in my future UEFA A Licence course and I am going to undertake more courses with the ISSPF when time and money permits but I would recommend this course for coaches at all levels of the game.

The lectures were delivered in a simple way which was so easy to understand. I have seen the complexity of the game of football from another angle, and I now understand that a coach needs all the support they can get for a club to achieve glory.

I have nearly waited 24 hours since I paid for my course and had nothing but a receipt of payment no link to the course nothing. I had a email this morning to say they will resend the link email back and still had nothing.

Enjoyable, need to have a big interest in coaching to make the course worth while as the content is very detailed.

As a student interested in coaching but without much prior knowledge, this course gradually increased my passion, to the point that I reviewed all the lessons several times.
Most importantly, the exams and end-of-unit assignments helped highlight and reinforce the key points of each unit for me.

The lessons were delivered very well with examples where required. the subjects were good and by a logical order.

The clear module structure allowed me to build both theoretical understanding and practical skills, significantly improving my training session planning and player workload management. Previously, I lacked practical knowledge in managing player load and tactical periodization across different mesocycles (preparation, in-season, mid-to-end season), especially regarding load and activity variation. The course also enhanced my understanding of systematic planning and integrated training.
ISSPF excels in instructor quality and materials. Lessons led by experienced professionals provided invaluable insights, and the platform was easy to navigate. Videos, case studies, and interactive quizzes reinforced learning effectively. The flexible learning pace was also greatly appreciated, allowing me to integrate the course into my schedule without sacrificing quality.

One challenge I faced was understanding tests like CK levels, lactic acid testing, and the squeeze test, as they require practical illustration, especially given my country's context. Future courses would benefit from more practical demonstrations or examples for these tests.
Given the educational background of many Tanzanian coaches, online courses can be difficult. I recommend ISSPF arrange in-person courses in various global locations. This would facilitate direct interaction with instructors, practical observations, and direct Q&A or mentoring opportunities.
Finally, I was challenged by the single full payment requirement, as I couldn't open a PayPal account, and credit card payments didn't allow installments

Very detailed lessons with deep insights on various aspects of managing a soccer club. Clear slides and clear explanations allows you to grasp the concepts easily. Also a lot of real life examples from the world of soccer. Assignment assigned was also quite challenging which gives a good weight to the certificate.

I have been coaching for 25 years and still consider myself a "student of the game". I am always seeking to improve/master my craft.
