I only had 50 minutes between flights at Istanbul Airport, so I was quite nervous about the connection. I’d booked the assistance beforehand, and I’m glad I did. I can’t remember the name of the staff member who met me, unfortunately, but he was very helpful and stayed with me until we reached my next gate. I kept checking the time, while he seemed much calmer than I was. Having someone who knew the airport meant I didn’t have to work out where to go on my own. I made my flight, which was a huge relief. Thank youuu again to the gentleman who helped me!!!

Good service
I was extremely happy with the service provided by Istanbul International Airport for my mother’s transit from Mahan Air to Turkish Airlines. Given the lack of direct flights between Iran and the U.S., I was initially concerned about arranging her connection.
As the person who booked the service, I greatly appreciated how quickly and clearly the team responded to all my questions and provided reassurance throughout the process. My mother was also very happy with the service. She was taken care of as soon as she landed and assisted all the way to the gate for her Turkish Airlines flight.
Thank you to the entire team for your excellent communication, professionalism, and care. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my mother was in good hands.

Elderly passenger left unattended – complaint unresolved after 9+ days
I booked a meet & greet and transfer service for my elderly grandfather at Istanbul Airport. Despite receiving full booking confirmation (vehicle type, drop-off hotel), no driver or representative was present to receive him upon arrival, and no one from the company made any attempt to contact him. He was left completely unattended in a foreign country.
I filed a formal complaint immediately and followed up repeatedly through email and live chat. Over 9 days later, I have still not received any real resolution — only repeated messages saying the case is "still under investigation," with no timeline, no compensation, and no accountability.
This is not a minor service delay. This involves the safety and dignity of an elderly traveler who was simply abandoned at the airport by a company he paid to look after him. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service, especially for elderly or vulnerable family members, until this company demonstrates it can actually deliver what it promises — and respond to complaints in a timely, serious manner.

It made it too easy
I booked a Transit Meet & Greet Service at Istanbul Airport for my 79y old mother-in-law in June 2026. The arrival and departure flights were via different airlines so, they had to pick up luggages and check in again at departure for the next flight. We; as the whole family, were quite worried about the process however, Istanbul Airport AssistMe service via FJET aviation made that experience very pleasant, safe and easy. My mother-in-law also enjoyed the lounge at the airport while waiting for the next flight. I will definitely book the same service for her return journey soon.

Amazing arrival at IST and courteous service!
The experience for my wife and myself was first class. Our international flight from IAD landed in IST and we had to take stairs down the plane to a bus to the terminal. Without any idea where we were my WhatsApp phone rang the moment we were in the main building with Taha asking to see me. There he was waving to us up a ramp. We were fast tracked through security and passport control. Taha was on the phone with our driver who by custom was not allowed inside the airport. Seemless connection. Wife happy. Me happy. Thanks.

Regarding your booking, our team informed you by e-mail that your Turkish Airlines flight was not cancelled. You requested to reschedule the service, however this request was made within 24 hours of the service time. According to our Terms & Conditions – which all guests accept at the time of booking – changes and rescheduling are unfortunately not possible in the last 24 hours.
It is also important to mention that the Meet & Greet service at Istanbul Airport did not take place at all, as the booking was not used. Therefore, your comment does not reflect an actual on-site service experience, but rather a disagreement with the change/cancellation rules that apply equally to all customers.
If you would like us to review the details of your booking once again, please contact our customer care team with your reservation number via the contact details on our website – we will gladly check everything step by step.
