I bought decals from someone on etsy and they were terrible so we threw them away and started over. So glad I found these, they stick well and the quality is great. They look painted on. And when I asked that they be expedited because I was on a short timeline he accommodated me!

I was contacted via email by the company informing me they are operating under new management and would like to fulfil by past order in exchange for an updated review. I agreed and was sent my original order. I have not put the stickers up on the wall because I need to redo the room since it has been so long but I did test one of the stickers out and seems to be good quality. I appreciate this issue being resolved. Thank you iStickup!

Please read before placing an order with this company. I would hate for this company to steal other people's money as they did mine.

I placed an order Sept 20, 2013. I paid through Paypal. I received an email on 10/11 stating my order has shipped. When I checked the tracking number on ups.com it stated that a label was created but not yet received. I waited for the shipping status to change but it never did. I contacted the company and after several calls I finally received an email from Jacquelyn Rawson stating she had dropped my order off at the ups that same morning. When I advised her that per the tracking number the order had not shipped nor has been received by the ups she then said she made an error and someone else with my same name ordered the exact same thing as I did and she shipped that one that morning. She then said she would reprint my order and send it ASAP. That was the last I heard from anyone at that company. I sent several emails and left many voice messages, all ignored.
I was not able to get my money back from Paypal because to much time had passed from my order and complaint with Paypal. I'm guessing Jacquelyn lied about shipping my order to draw out the length of time to avoid Paypal from issuing me a refund.

I'm surprised to read the reviews about how horrible the experiences have been with this company. I bought the large mermaid wall decals and love them. They arrived on time in tact and my daughter enjoys them.

I received my order from iStickUp and they are great! The color is vibrant, the vinyl is thick and stick to the wall beautifully. I received the monsters that I added to my 4 year olds wall and he loves them! I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them to anyone. Speaking with their customer service team was very quick and pleasant responses as well!

Under the old management, I never received my order. When these new people took over, they truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation! I would definitely order from them again!

I am amazed at the new management of iStickUp. Over two years ago an order I made never came. However, the new management team contacted me out of the blue and even upgraded the order. My son is quite happy with his stickers of the Universe. Personally, I want to thank the new management for renewing my faith in on-line purchasing.

They did the same thing to me. I ordered something from them totaling $129.00, which I have been charged for and I have yet to receive my order. I made the order on Jan. 27th. and it is now Feb. 13th and have not received it. I have called and emailed and posted on their facebook. I am completely beside myself that a business would do this to their customers. I also did a complaint on BBB.

I placed my order (on 12/14/12) for 2 sheets of the gigantic "cute as a bug" decals for Christmas gifts for two separate nurseries. It said they would be delivered 12/24/12 so I didn't opt for the rush shipping. I got one sheet on 12/24/12 but the other sheet wasn't in the box?!? There was some damage to a couple of the decals, so I took pictures and e-mailed the company. I had only got one tracking number, so I had no idea where my other sheet was. Since then I have called and left voice mails, left messages on their website, and sent e-mails. At first I thought they may be on some kind of extended holiday break, but here is it 01/14/13 and I have STILL not got ANY kind of response from them what-so-ever!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! For lack of knowing what else to do I have filed a complaint with the BBB, which gives the company til 1/21/13 to respond to the complaint. At this point I have serious doubts that they are going to contact me at all, I guess we'll see in a week. I guess even if a company is rated "A" by the BBB, and all the previous customers seem to be happy....you never can tell. In case you were wondering....I spent about $180.00 with this company....and expected MUCH better customer service for the amount of money spent. :-( :-( :-( I will post again and let everyone know what kind of resolution I got.

This company is truly wonderful. The stickers I received were amazing. Not only was the artwork perfect for our nursery but the quality was fantastic. It allowed us to rearrange the decals however we wanted, and the decals would easily peel off and re-stick again and again. I recommend anyone to buy from here for a quick and awesome way to decorate your childs room.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation with my son and had to share a room with him until 8 months. When I found the opportunity to give him his own nursery I wanted it to be special.
These stickers are such a high quality compared to everything else I found out there. The small cute as a bug stickers were the perfect addition to our boy's garden theme, and SO adorable! My curious son has gone after them several times and they stay on the wall very well, yet were also easy to resposition. We've only had these a short while but it looks like they are going to last for some time. Definitely worth the money!

I spent weeks agonizing over decals for my boys nursery. Finally found the ocean themed ones from iStickup and could not be more pleased. My parents spent time putting up the decals for me and said that other than the large whale everything was easy. Repositioning ... not an isuue. Love the way the room came out and have now added iStickup to my list of companies I will use again and again as my boys grow and their interests change.

I ordered the solar system planet decals for my son's room..They look perfect and r so real. I would definately recommend this site.

I bought these cute mermaid decals for my granddaughter's bedroom and they turned out to be even cuter than what we were expecting. The decals really livened up the room and brought great color to ordinary and plain walls. My granddaughter enjoyed helping to stick them up and she can't stop talking about how cool they are. I also recently got the enchanted forest decals for her baby sister's nursery. The butterflies added such a nice touch to the walls and tree that it surrounded. I love these wall stickers!!!

My son wanted a jungle room so I scoured the internet looking for something that wasn't babyish. I was so happy to find these themes. The amount of decals are perfect for an average size bedroom. The quality was great and they were so easy to put up. You can even reposition them without ruining them. Great price for what you get. I highly recommend them!

The space theme is INCREDIBLE!! They were so easy to put up on the walls and look fantastic. We did the gigantic size due to our high ceilings and couldn't be happier with the end result. My son truly believes he's sleeping in the solar system each night, and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the stickers is very good and highly comparable to other more expensive brands we've used as well.

The entire shopping experience with istickup.com was AMAZING! The buying process was super easy, and the customer service was outstanding. We had just moved, and my PayPal address had not been updated. I didn't realize this until the day it was out for delivery -- on its way to our OLD address! I used the instant chat on the website to see if there was any way to fix it since UPS would not reroute on my word alone. Kelly responded immediately to my problem, and within 10 mins confirmed with me that UPS would reroute the package and deliver the next business day. Had she not responded so quickly, the package would have been delivered to the wrong address - and would have been totally my own fault! THANK YOU for saving the day (and my son's room)!!!

We ordered the Dino Friends giant decals for our son's room almost a year ago. They are easy to put up and do not bubble or peel around the edges like our daughter's FatHead we put up at the same time. The material is more "fabric-y" which means the color can scratch off if toy bins, suitcases, etc. rub against it, so pick your placement well. Like I said, we have had ours for almost a year, and we are VERY happy with them!

We were re-decorating our girls' (ages 4years and 18 months) playroom. They love animals so we had a jungle theme in mind. After extensive research, we decided to get the Giant Jungle Theme decals. They are absolutely beautiful and life like! Our girls love the new look and we are completely satisfied. Thinking about ordering more decals for the girls' bedroom. Also, the decals we ordered arrived at our door quickly and in excellent condition.

We purchased the large outer space kit- the planets, stars and space ships are fabulous. The upper portion of the room was painted midnight blue and the lower, lighter blue- The decals looked like a professional mural once they were up. We did have to reposition and roll the two largest planets to get them to stay but once done we couldn't be happier!

Have been so please with this product until now. Had an issue and sent two emails with pictures to the company and NO response. I have also called... no answer!!
