I wish I had found this review website before I bought their software. The software does not work, period. I purchased their windows password resetter but after creating the bootable flash drive as instructed, I could not get two different computers to even boot using the flash drive. The software does not actually create a bootable flash drive. Junk and a scam. I asked for my money back and they refused even though their website says 100% satisfaction or your money back.
Although polite, their response does nothing to make the software work. They insinuate that the issue was my lack of understanding of how computers and flash drives work and neatly places the blame on my ignorance instead of their junk software...

i hate that you cant give zero stars.
I have paid with ideal and later they charged my creditcard while i deleted my information, so i paid dubbel and they will not give my money back

I bought product key finder. The software does not work. They reply to emails saying it does. I requested a refund as C promised on their site. Emails then ignored. They are scam artists avoid.

they just steal your money. they are scam artists: as you can see they are selling their scam software on the web under different names (isumsoft, asunsoft, daossoft), to scam even more people.

This is a scam! In the free trial they say it can be recovered, but indeed It never work! and be careful, they're not selling you the program to recover, you're just buying a "credit", only ONE recovery, and if you lose your connection during the process, the credit is gone!

Never works. I try and try again to see if it works and on multiple devices. A waste of money

As per all of the other reviews, didn't work, and wouldn't refund. I've contact their merchant. Should have googled reviews before wasting my time.

Excellent product which I have to use regularly to bring back PCs that had fallen off the domain where the local admin credentials are unknown.

This company is a scam. The product does not work to unlock iphone or apple ID. 10 emails later they will not refund me, from other reviews it is more than likely I will never see the money again.

i dont thiink it even deserves a star. i purchased this for 20.22 but apparently it has refunded. i feel sorry for whoever purchased this thinking that it would work, it sure didnt. so i went with itunes instead. it is so silly that i sent a complaint and they did reply but it was a robot, i sent more then 4 messages, still replying with the same thing. i will check if it has and i will give an update on wether they did refund or its just a stupid con i some how came across on. nothing to trust on the internet these days some things are to good to be true. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I purchased iSumsoft ms word password refixer and it does not work at all it only waste your time trying. Contacted them and they stopped replying as soon as i asked for a refund. I opend a dispute to get my money back. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AND AVOID THESE PEOPLE

purchased iSumsoft PDF password refixer and it does not work AT ALL. I requested my refund for over 1 month and I am still trying to recover my money- they are refusing to pay it back. avoid these people like the plague

Purchased password refixer and tried it 40 times on a Dell 9010 with Win 10 installed. Somehow the password stopped working. It is an uncomplicated password I use on all my computers during the setup phase. I e-mailed support and explained my problem. They sent me a newer version and that too failed to get my password back. On my last try, I let it run for nearly 24 hours and nothing happened. Several more e-mails back and forth. After 3+ days of frustrating attempts, I finally gave up and reformatted the 1 TB raided system and reloaded the OS and all the software I had previously loaded. I spent a entire day doing all this. I could not be without the computer any longer.
I would like to give this product 0 stars but I can't. Like others in the reviews, I am getting the run-around BIG TIME. I recently retired from an organization that has over 150 full time IT employees and over 15,000 computers. I sent them a e-mail recommending they NEVER use this software.
Too bad I didn't see these reviews prior to purchasing this. 4 out of 5 reviews were 1 star and the 5th one was only 2 stars. These reviews should tell this company something other than "there is a sucker born every minute". At this point, I doubt I'll ever see a penny of refund.

Did not work as promised. Asked for a refund after uninstalling program and got a run around. Have sent a reply to their mail wanting me to contact service to fix the problem. I don't wan't their program and just want a refund. I hope they will send refund without further delay. Finally heard from this company and they refused the request for refund. Do not expect any help form this company if the program does not work. They will not honor any request for refund.

A dreadful company who are con artists. I paid by Paypal and was able to raise a dispute, which they didn't respond to. They were unhelpful and their trial product is run to convince customers it works. Avoid.

iSumSuft product didn't work. I run the free version first and it show the users but not their password. Thinking that the software worked I bought the full version. The full version promptly removed all users including the administrator when I tried to add a new user. Without any account Windows 7 got caught in an endless loop of blue screens. The support group was no help. When I ask for my money back they referred me back to the support group. After a month and 20 e-mails later I still don't have a running Windows nor did I get my money back. So before you buy anything from a Chinese company read their refund policy first, this is the second time I got burned
