Apparecchio difettoso, attendo autorizzazione reso.
Ordino un riscaldatore 12 volt per auto il 15 novembre e mi arriva il 3 dicembre. Lo metto in macchina, lo collego, ma esce solo un fievole filo di aria tiepida. A questo punto ho chiesto la restituzione perché l’apparecchio è inutilizzabile. Ora, 5 dicembre, sono in attesa della risposta. Vedremo come si comportano.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading and Unreliable
Shortly before my wedding, I’ve been completely let down by this company — as if things aren’t stressful enough already. I ordered 100 glow lights and only received 20. The product didn’t even match the description online. To make matters worse, their website shows items as “in stock” when they clearly aren’t.
Customer service was useless — I had to chase them for an update, and only then was I told they could not provide the missing 80 pieces. They did they offer a 150% voucher for an alternative glow stick product. But when I asked about those alternatives, I found out they weren’t in stock either!
Very misleading and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
