Hi ITAD, the desktop did arrive and it looks great. However please note this because it is important:

My desktop was just showing a black screen upon start up/ booting, just black. Not because it doesn't work but because - you forget to refresh the graphics card once done installing new Windows OS on your PCs. Remember most clients are not that tech savvy like I am, so below is help for such:

Important Fix For The 'Black Screen' after PC Boot Up: Press and hold keys on keyboard:

Cntrl + Shift + Windows + B until you hear a beep, then Graphics Card will refresh. Repeat until it shows your normal display screen.

This is a common thing with Windows 10 pro & Windows 11

My initial purchase suffered a rather substantial technical issue, and when I called support for advice, Sydwell was ready to assist me - he quickly diagnosed the problem and once established that it was irrecoverable, he quickly arranged a replacement product that arrived on a tight timeline. There were no excuses, he just made it happen - while giving honest advice and clear instructions. My new PC arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. The PC has far exceeded my expectations so far, and was exceptionally well-priced. There seemed to be a slight delay in the delivery, but the product was more than worth the extra day's wait.

Communicated a deep scratch on the screen surface, in a visible area and had no response whatsoever. I did not expect a brand new screen, but obviously you would not sell a screen with a deep scratch, in a visible area, if you are a reputable store? Worst experience ever, I will never buy anything from you again and will make sure everyone I know won't as well.

Update-Morne, (Whom I assume is the owner), reached out to me and apologized, explained and put in a plan for rectification, I appreciate the effort and the fact that he actually listened to my issues, which does show customer satisfaction is a priority.
