I am writing to raise concerns regarding the apparent misrepresentation of the products supplied. Following the post purchasing process, the items have been shipped from China and therefore the items do not appear to match the descriptions, quality, or specifications presented at the time of purchase. In particular, there are concerns surrounding the products being advertised as “handmade,” despite indications that this may not accurately reflect the manufacturing process.

There are also concerns regarding the materials used during construction.

Additionally, several online reviews appear non-genuine or artificially generated, when run through photo analysis tool, which may have created a misleading impression of the products and influenced the purchasing decision.

I request clarification regarding the manufacturing methods, materials used, and authenticity of the reviews, together with details of how you intend to resolve this matter.

I was shocked at how small they were for the money. I thought I would be able to be put in amongst my flowers in the garden but they'll have to go in pots of flowers instead.
The Advent also really makes you think they're produced in the UK. Not so.

This company needs to be looked into by the trading standards as it depicts the bee flower cups are hand-made ceramic pieces of art made in England.
Only when you have ordered them do you see it's coming from China!
They are lying about the product.
These are plastic flowers with metal rods and although weather proof are definitely not worth £29.99 for four.
These companies should be held accountable. This is happening too much!

If there was a minus this company would get it.

Bought these bee blossom cups, two sets of four for 39.99. Supposed to be handcrafted ceramic and made in Britain. Absolute con, mass produced rubbish, you can buy the same on Temu for a fiver per set. Expensive lesson learned.

Brought 4 x ceramic flowers (29.99), arrived today, for giving 🐝’s a drink, wow not sure what to say, not sure what they are made of but it certainly isn’t ceramic and handcrafted, smells more like some sort of plastic smells toxic. I certainly won’t be putting them out for the bees they will be going straight in the bin. Came from China, on the website it states they are individually handcrafted in Britain. I’m obviously getting old cause I’ve been completely scammed and feel like a complete idiot obviously it’s not worth any stars but I have no choice but to. Please do not buy anything from this website.

Waterblitz is a scam, it has no more pressure than a standard Hozelock sprayer, and certainky doesn'r have the guts to clean any patio. will request a refund

This company randomly cancelled my order for Waterblitz spray attachment for a garden hose. They don’t reply to emails asking for money back. Basically a scam.

I made an order for a power spray gun WaterBlitz | High-Pressure Washer Gun order #9368 I allowed the 10 days for delivery and after 14 days emailed the customer support who then told me my order had been cancelled !
they said it was due to them running out of stock! and this cam after their delivery agent had txt me to say the item would be delivered within 7 days?
dont trust this company to provide any item as this was the second time this has happened to me.

I would happily give this so called company 0 stars if possible. The jet wash advertised does absolutely nothing like what they say and advertise. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but fail to tell you that there is absolutely no chance of that as they do not reply to your correspondence. I would say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY CLEAR.

Are THESE PEOPLE (SCAMMERS) they only have 3 products..and the advert stated that this was a jet washer..WELL ITS NOT ITS JUST A SILLY HOSE ADAPTER, SO THE CLAIMS IT IS POWERFUL LIKE A JET WASH AND THE VIDEOS THAT LOOK LIKE ITS CLEANING CANNOT BE REAL...FRAUDSTERS. Still waiting for my refund..!?!?!?

Waterblitz waste of money. Was hoping product would clean patio without the noise and risk of stone damage. ( as advertised)
It had no more power than normal hose attachment. Tried all the settings but not enough pressure to remove even surface dirt. Guess its back to using noisy pressure washer ):
