Booked iTaxi twice in Jelenia Góra. First booking for 11:00 was cancelled at 10:23 due to “no available cars.” I rebooked for 11:14 and that was cancelled at 11:19, after the pickup time. I was post-surgery with facial bandages in 34°C heat, travelling with my father who needs a hip replacement. Because of the last-minute cancellations we had to walk 800m in dangerous heat. Completely unreliable and unacceptable for anyone who actually needs transport.

Never trust this company! I had booked a taxi at 06:30, had an important place I had to be at 07:00. at 06:32 I got a message that they were looking for a driver, at 06:33 my entire booking was gone and it said I didn't have a reservation at all!! I can safely say that I will never contact them again!! Horrible 😠

Taxi zostało zamówione z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Zostałem zapewniony, że na 100% o 6:55 auto będzie na mnie czekać. Niestety nie pojawiło się taxi, a na SMS dostałem wiadomość "szukamy dla Ciebie kierowcy". Prze tą zje...ą firmę nie zdążyłem na pociąg. Omijać szerokim łukiem. Nie polecam MJ

Kierowcy w Itaxi są traktowani jak śmieci Regulamin który co dwa słowa ma zapisy abuzywne przewiduje kary za wszystko / na wszystko jest paragraf. Będąc na umowie - zlecenie nie możesz decydować za ile masz wykonywać usługę lecz masz obowiązek jej wykonania i już !!! Raz podpisana umowa daje Itaxi możliwość dysponowania tobą oraz twoim czasem , a gdy się coś niepodoba to za wszystko jest przewidziana kara i poprostu cię okradają. Kradną nawet gdy pracujesz uczciwie bo znikają twoje wykonane zlecenia. Pracując po 12-14 godzin dziennie przez 6 dni końcowy zarobek na rękę wynosi między 6000 a 7000 tys co daje 20 zł za godzinę !!!!!
Inaczej sprawa się ma jeśli chodzi o współpracujących i oddanych systemowi zasłużonych pracowników - tym skorumpowanym przydziela się specjalne zlecenia których nigdy nie zobaczysz, chyba ze dasz się przekupić i będziesz wiernie służył skorumpowanej korporacji.
Większość kierowców nie ma wyjścia bo musi żyć i boi się cokolwiek mówić bo za to też jest paragraf i wylatujesz.
Zdecyduj zatem sam i świadomie podejmij decyzję .

Taxowka byla zamowiona z duzym wyprzedzeniem, na konkretka godzine, poniewaz jechalismy na lotnisko. 10 minut po umowionym czasie,Zostalismy poinformowani ze jest minimum 20 minut opoznienia. jak sie w koncu dodzwonilam na infolinie to uslyszam ze nikt nie podjal zamowienia ale ze opoznienie bedzie 20 minut.Zadzownili 55 minut (!!!) Po umowionej godzinie ze podjezdzaja. Firma jest nie powazna , kompletny brak szacunku do klienta.gdyby nie inna firma ktora podjechala 10 minut po naszym telefonie to spoznilisbysmy sie na lot.

Made up bogus charges for luggage and pick up from their taxi rank.

Do not ever ever ever order a taxi from itaxi. I would rather walk next time.

I was charged 20zl extra for having a suitcase and 5zl extra for being picked up at Warsaw Central - FROM THEIR TAXI RANK. Honestly just get an uber...

Customer service made up a story behind charges when i complained. No accountability will lead you to loss of customers..

Driver only old me about extra charges after he was speeding the main road. He also had no visible badge. None of the made up charges are visible in the taxi. SCAMMERS

NOT WORTH IT

We had to go to Kraków Airport from Kraków in the middle of the night, and we had our hotel book a taxi from iTaxi with a fixed price.

The taxi was there on time, but the driver drove way too fast through the city. At a 40 km/h stretch the car showed 75 km/h. When we got to the airport the driver added 10 zł to the price, apparently for gate to the parking lot. "You pay this", he said. When we ask for a fixed price we expect a fixed price. If the ticket for the gate is not included in the fixed price, I expect to be asked if I want to be dropped off outside the gate or pay extra to be dropped off by the entrance.

We are tourists and live in the surroundings of Poznan. We are depending on transport.
We ordered a taxi from i-Taxi in advance for the next day to be sure we were able to get to the city center at a certain time.
Next day close to the time we had agreed, we received a message that the taxi was half an hour delayed. After 45 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. So we called them. They told us they had troubles with the car (we are 6 persons) but could send two other cars. We were so angry at this time; our plans for the first part of the day were already ruined due to the delay.
DON'T EVER CALL i-Taxi!!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
