These guys are legit. Only problem right now at the time of this writing is they haven't been replying to emails and the livechat support seems to be down for some reason. I will wait for them to come back up online and rewrite my review upon placing an order.

I placed and order for PC and was told 30 mins to 2 hrs It took about 4 hours for me to get my items but I did eventually get them It sucked waiting that long but with the new DLC and the high demand I understand. But the next morning I woke up to a email from them trying to make it right for me having to wait so long they gave me 2 free ber runes and 10% off my next order so thank you very much I will be using them again. I just know when placing an order I need to do it early enough because of the possible wait times. Be patient.

I've been using itemnow since D2 LOD days. Always a great experience and great prices. I've never had any issues and have always received what i paid for. They have sales quite often and bonuses for purchases if your order reaches a certain price. And to top it all off they have GREAT customer support 24/7.

I was asked to provide photos of Photo ID and the Card used for the transaction to determine I was a legitimate buyer. This was not mentioned at checkout. I usually purchase from rpgstash whom have never asked for such details. I don't appreciate being treat as a suspect when doing business. The prices on itemnow during the sale looked great, the trustpilot reviews looked great, my experience - not so much. I've given 2 stars because the communication was solid and the refund was swift but in all, it was a waste of both our time.

Terrible company. They messed up on pricing and refused to honor the price and gave a full refund instead of selling the item.

As a new customer I did a test order before my real big one.
There was some time waiting. I wrote support to get it moving. There was an incorrect delivery, but support made it right.

Got what I paid for and then some - those guys throw in freebies if your order reaches a certain pay threshold. That is a fantastic pro-customer move. The service was quick, friendly, generally awesome. Their prices are pretty much the lowest out there; the amulet I bought from them (2 solo 20% fcr) stood for over 65$ everywhere else. On Itemnow? Some 30% cheaper. Best Diablo item shop by far.
