Great Spa Experience, But Not Worth the Price
The place itself was amazing – a beautiful location with a lovely spa atmosphere. Melissa, the therapist, was fantastic and very professional.
However, for the price, I did feel it was quite expensive. Unfortunately, the LED mask experience was disappointing. The light was extremely bright and uncomfortable on my eyes, to the point where I couldn’t continue with that part of the treatment. I’ve had LED treatments before where there was proper eye protection, but this one didn’t offer that level of comfort.
Overall, a great setting and therapist, but the treatment didn’t fully meet expectations for the cost.

I’ve used the platform multiple times for both massage and restaurant bookings, and each time the service was smooth and well organized.
I especially want to highlight Nazeefa, who has been absolutely outstanding. Her level of professionalism is remarkable. She is proactive, attentive, and incredibly efficient.
On several occasions, my reservations were very last-minute, yet Nazeefa always managed to find suitable slots quickly and handled everything . She truly went above and beyond to make sure my experiences were confirmed without stress.

Great place to dine! Food was incredible and the service was 10/10.

The Mud House Studio Clay experience
My friend and I booked the clay mud wheelthrowing experience, and we absolutely LOVED IT! It was such a great deal from Ithara, and we were so happy with the experience in the studio too! It was The Mud House Studio, and the piece you make, you get to paint and keep in the end, with no extra charge!
I would 100% recommend it.

The class itself was amazing. The instructor made it really simple and enjoyable, even for complete beginners like us. We got to laugh, get a little messy, and create something memorable together. It felt like the perfect mix of relaxing and fun.
I also loved how welcoming and friendly everyone was – it really added to the vibe and made the whole experience special. Definitely something I’d recommend to couples, friends, or even families who want to try something different in the UAE.
