the oil burner pipe too long
I was going to return the oil burner pipe i got are too long i want 4 to 6 inch and get more smaller glass bowl with smaller hole. Im dissapointed on how long mine is its hard to get a good puff of it. Can you guys send me a smaller one can i exchange?

We have been trying to contact you since you left this negative review, but you have ignored all our emails. I would like to address a few things here. First, This looks like a customer service issue, not why sure you would leave this on Trustpilot. Second, the pipe you received is 10" long, exactly as described on the product page you ordered from. Not sure why you were expecting a 4" pipe when you ordered a 10" pipe, and received a 10" pipe. Third, as far as an exchange, of course it can be exchanged, but you never even contacted us in regards to an exchange. In conclusion, like I said, we have reached out to you numerous times in regards to this but you choose to ignore us. Not sure why when we are more than willing to help you get this straightened out.

Great packaging nothing arrived broken the first few times of washing items I had an issue where the bowl cracked reached out to their service area. They replaced the items I’m on my third order and I’m so satisfied. Customer service is excellent. Timing is excellent. Packaging is perfect. Everything is very well. wrapped in bubble wrap will definitely be ordering from them again in the future

great customer service & tech support
I had an issue with a product I ordered and they contacted the manufacturer and put me in touch with them. I RECEIVED a free replacement of the same product from the manufacturer with no hassle or return of the defective product. I sent them photos and video of how the product was not working as it should. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!

No minimum to buy!
I was getting extremely frustrated trying to find a specific piece for my set up. I kept finding it on other websites MUCH cheaper than this one, but, they all had minimum order requirements of 200$ or more or required membership fees, etc. Thanks for charging way more but at least being straightforward with your customers.

They honor what they advertise
I received my order relatively quickly, it could be a little faster, but I’m honestly not complaining. When I opened it, one of my items was damaged sent off an email and a matter of hours had received a reply, confirming what it was which one it was and it was in the mail the same day amazing customer service great prices!

The staff is trustworthy
The staff is trustworthy, thus far and products are exactly as advertised and durable. If ever there's any problem with products ordered, customers need only email them and they're incredibly fast to find a solution. They're polite which means a LOT!! I only wish they had a physical shop in my town! I would possibly be found just hanging out there!! Haha
