Delicious!
Lovely to deal with - got the decaf assam, decaf earl grey and decaf orange teas. They were all full of flavour and no compromise from being decaffeinated. I was actually surprised just how tasty they were. I also tried the decaf hazelnut coffee and it's scrumptious! Return customer here for sure.

While the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the order arrived in 48 hours, there was a technical issue with the confirmation email, which was frustrating. The variety is good, but I expected a smoother online experience. An average experience overall.
