I'm afraid that's it for me. I've finally had enough with the ridiculous amount of adverts. It just gets worse and worse. Going to stick with Netflix in future.

Why do you show adverts of the programme that is being watched? The devil's hour is the latest talking about and you have spoiled whats coming next.

the frequency and length of adverts is appalling. if you advertise there you are wasting your time because no one is going to be watching this channel. just had 12 minutes straight of adverts then gave up .

Itvx what a con paid to have adverts removed they took the money but the adverts didnt get removed cost 5.99 to have them removed yet money went out off my account poor company

Terrible! The amount of adverts! Is ridiculous really far to many and to promote ad free.

Worst streaming app ever so many ads make sure the show is worth it makes a half an hour show easily an hour

I turned it on 12 adverts later, 2 for it's own shows! When I finally got to the opening credits I turned it off. It's a big no from me. Never again. Advertisers you are wasting your money. As you just become part of the annoying frustration. That is trying to watch something on Itv x. I also made a mental note never to buy anything advertised from that waste of my 7 minutes. Luckily for me it was mostly women's products.🤣

The tv catch-up app is so unresponsive. Can take multiple attempts to get a simple programme to work when logging in. Overall an incredibly frustrating app and compared to the others available it is ridiculously poor

Far too many ads for a twenty minute show. Seemed like the ads outlasted the show.

It’s a pain in the asse with the number of adverts per viewing time! Disgusting! Repeating them constantly. It’s forcing u to have to pay for the premium.

Most be the worst streaming service on TV, watch a programme lasting 50 minutes and have to endure 35 minutes of adverts. I always mute the adverts and darken the screen to avoid repetitive and boring adverts. I would image ITVX is not a good commercial platform with so many annoyed customers.

Zero stars. Paying for no adds and despite this robbery we are subjected to itvx adds throughout viewing main programmes. Fastest FWD is 7 seconds. Truly a crap service. It's no wonder folk revert to illegal downloads

There is no way to replay or catch up where you might have missed something, honestly streaming, if you can rewind, or join where you left off, what's the point?
I will record the rugby on Freesat, progress?

So, I've been paying to not have commercials, for about three years now.
The price has just gone up to £5.99. A 20% increase, and yet, you've now started including mandatory TV ads, for programs I have ZERO interest in, and can't skip them.
Who's ridulously stupid idea was this???
I can tolerate the price increase, but I'm not tolerating the cr@p enforcment of rubbish TV shows.
Yes, this has made me very angry. If this hasn't changed by the end of March 2026, you can shove your subscription where the sun doesn't shine, and I'll just delete the app and stop watching any of your shows. There are plenty more TV shows available these days.

I pay for premium with no adds, the one for tv i use is very laggy, slow, have refresh it most of time and if im playing live tv it will only play for while then say there problem and turn off, itv need to improve the apps

I have a query about a program that was on schedule record that suddenly disappeared before the end of the series so I sent an email to ITVX help.

An error code appeared preventing me from watching. An online search suggested the code meant it had been detected I was watching from outside the UK. Nobody told me Scotland was now independent! Their “customer service” is an online form to submit. It took me in a loop back to the page where I started. Sadly I can’t watch the rest of the series but with ads every 5-10 mins I’m not that bothered. I won’t repeat the itv x experience in a hurry.
