After 1 Year with them…. Stay away
Unfortunately, after previously leaving a three-star review, I’m now forced to lower my rating by another star because the level of service I’ve experienced recently has been completely unacceptable.
I now fully understand why so many customers complain about withdrawals being delayed for days. After more than a year as a customer, I’ve had plenty of withdrawals processed eventually, but that’s hardly reassuring when, in reality, you end up losing far more money than you ever win.
The withdrawal process is a constant source of frustration. Withdrawals sit pending for several days without approval. Then, when they are finally approved, there always seems to be another problem with the payment provider. It makes no difference whether you choose cryptocurrency or a bank transfer—there always appears to be an issue, and there is always another excuse.
The so-called VIP service is, without question, one of the worst I have ever experienced. My VIP manager, apparently called Eren (of course it’s a fake name), has never once spoken to me. What’s the point of assigning customers a VIP manager who never calls, barely communicates, replies only once or twice a day, and repeatedly tells you not to worry while doing absolutely nothing to resolve the situation?
The delays continue, the withdrawals aren’t expedited, and none of the underlying problems are actually addressed. After everything I’ve experienced, it’s extremely difficult not to question the legitimacy of the service. From a customer’s perspective, the entire experience has been deeply disappointing and has seriously undermined my trust in the platform.
Better to stay away.

Never had issues before, but I made a withdrawal 19.06. and after they assured me so many times it’s waiting bank approval if can take up to 5 business days it gets declined.
Then I try with withdrawal to Skrill, it also gets declined.
So now there’s already been like a week and no money yet.
I have made withdrawals before and never had a issue. The money where always there the next day. But not this time

Stay away off this Casino. I did whole long verification process, like photos with some numbers and documents and after it they have confiscated whole winnings. The reason was "bonus abuse" but I didnt take any bonuses. Keep your money save and stay away off them.

They won't pay you your winnings, but they'll tease you first by asking for documents one after another.
This casino's behavior is terrible. They asked me to complete KYC, and I sent them all the documents and a selfie they requested. They approved my verification, and everything seemed fine. I requested a withdrawal, which was my third. After some time, I logged into my account and saw that they had wiped out all my winnings. They also accused me of fraud, but I don't understand why. In this case, they were the scammers. No one explained to me why my balance was completely debited.
Bad experience, and so was the casino.
