Llevo semanas intentando verificar mi cuenta y cada vez me piden más cosas. He enviado absolutamente todo lo que me han solicitado: DNI, comprobante de domicilio, incluso una selfie con mi DNI y un código que ellos mismos me enviaron por correo, que ha sido la ultima prueba que he enviado.
Aun así, cada vez que intento hacer un retiro me lo rechazan y me piden un nuevo documento distinto.
Ante mi sorpresa, acabo de recibir otro email rechazando el retiro, pidiendome otro selfie con mi DNI en la cara, donde se vea literalmente mi domicilio!! sin explicar siquiera a qué se refieren exactamente. Ya es absurdo. Todo apunta a que buscan excusas para no pagar.
He visto que hay muchísimas reseñas iguales a la mía: gente que no consigue retirar su dinero. Empiezo a pensar que esto es una estafa en toda regla. Mucho cuidado antes de depositar dinero aquí.

I had relatively good experience with the platform until few days ago. I placed about 6 bets totaling 190 eur and they decided to void all those bets, but returned me back only 26 eur.
I asked why and they said bets from 4 days ago that were marked as winning shouldn't win because they put wrong odds and so they deducted the winnings from the stake I placed on my new bets.
That basically means this company can decide whenever they want that the bets from few days ago shouldn't count and they will take their money back + void any bets you currently have and don't fully return the stake.
It's really unprofessional, unreliable and I just don't want to play on this platform anymore.
I didn't have any issues with withdrawals, that's why 2 stars not 1, but at the same time, they can at any point decide to not process withdrawals and there's nothing you can do about it...

negative experience with IVIBET - void regulary paid out bets
I had a very negative experience with Ivibet. After playing for some time, the bookmaker suddenly voided a large number of my bets retroactively, even though they had already been accepted, settled and paid out as winning. My balance went from around €2000 down to €700 overnight.
To make things worse, my withdrawal request has been stuck in pending for several days, even though my account was fully verified (KYC approved). Support only gives vague answers like “wrong odds”, without explaining why bets that were already settled were cancelled afterwards.
This practice is completely unfair and unprofessional. I have screenshots proving all of this, and I will share them if needed.
I strongly advise others to be very careful with this bookmaker.
