What happened?

Rechemco has taken away etodezitramide, spirobrorphine and spiroclorphine?

Why?

Heute 31 Taage nach dem angeblichen Versand, ist noch keine Post eingetroffen! Man antwortet auch nicht mehr auf Mails! Sie scamen anscheinend!!!!

Price and quality always top!! Also it arrives 100%, but it takes long… before November it always arrived around 7-8 working days… now I got my order on 18th working day after shipping. So if you need it quickly, its not for you. On the other hand I dont know any other european vendor with such a wide product range!! So 1 star missing for the long delivery time, but they do NOT scam, your order always arrives and you always get a nice sample!!

Started scamming both rechemco/ivo since november, dont order

„I‘ve been waiting 7 weeks for my mail. At first they wanted to give me store credit after 5 weeks, refund if it’s not there by day X, asking if my adress was correct which of course it was.
Then all of the sudden they told me I‘m not eligible for any refund since you have to have had 2 successful orders before. There is no tracking option and no way to proof if they indeed sent it or not. Told me to wait longer giving absurd reasons for these delays.
Pretty much everybody who ordered november, december 2025 is still waiting. They are at least selective scammers. I lost 170€.
I‘m by far not the only one who got scammed there is a whole sub on reddit about customers not receiving their products.
Now the don’t respond to an emails anymore.
Not just that I got scammed but giving me store credit and then tell me sorry not for you is beyond….
They have nice listings but they scam many people. Don’t take the risk and go somewhere else.“
Order from december 9th arrived today with a gift as well. The huge 2 months delay was not their fault. The restructuring of postal sevices starting wirh 50% branch closing starting november 3rd causes these massive delays.

In den vergangenen Jahren war ich mit dem Service dieses Anbieters überwiegend zufrieden. Leider hat sich die Zuverlässigkeit zuletzt deutlich verschlechtert. Die Kommunikation besteht fast nur noch aus Texbausteinen, die auf individuelle Anliegen nicht eingehen, und Lieferzeiten weichen stark von früheren Erfahrungen ab. Auf Nachfragen erhält man keine konkrete Klärung, sondern lediglich automatisierte Texte.

Aufgrund dieser Entwicklung werde ich mein Kundenkonto löschen lassen und den Dienst nicht weiter nutzen. Schade, denn früher lief alles deutlich professioneller.

In previous years I was mostly satisfied with this company’s service, but reliability has declined significantly. Communication has shifted to generic, copy-paste replies that do not address individual issues, and delivery times now differ greatly from what I experienced before. Any inquiry is met with automated messages rather than an actual explanation.

Because of this ongoing decline, I have requested the deletion of my account and will no longer use this service. A pity, as things used to run much more professionally.

Podría estar mucho mejor son rápidos pero les falta calidad

For Rechemco. Awesome quality products. Outstanding customerservice. I've been a satisfied customer for more then 10 years now. One thing though... You can fly from their shipping location to my resident country in about 2 hours, but mail will take about 12 working days to arrive!!! Hahaha, go figure!

Ivolabs semble être un des rares shop intègre et honnête, en mode "psychonaute" 😅.

This review för Rechemco! 12 working days and yhe parcel came. Was not worried, havet tried them before thru Ivolabs. 5/5 🫶🏽

Always have had a good experience with Ivolabs. First order arrived in just 7 days from the (very safe) origin country to southern Europe.
Second order took just about 12 days in total, now I'm just waiting for my third order :)

Ivolabs has always given samples with even my smallest orders, which is really cool. Due to this, I've been exposed to some very interesting elements for my collection, and I'm very grateful for having discovered these!

I was skeptical but honestly it doesn't get better than this. ACTUALLY: Ivolabs, please allow DHL Express as a delivery option. Even if it costs 50 EUR per order in shipping, it's really annoying not having tracking or knowing when the package will arrive due to inconsistencies with the postal services.
DHL Express is a service that would deliver on the very next day in most of Europe, please incorporate this! (I'd happily pay 50 EUR for shipping if you added this)

I hope you will take this feedback and turn it into a feature as this would honestly transform your business into the best site for conducting early research.

Bestellung ist nach 2,5 Wochen endlich angekommen, was 10 Werktagen entsprochen hat. So steht es auch in den Versandinformationen des shops.
Wer es eilig hat, bestellt lieber wo anders.
Ansonsten Qualität und Preise top, trotz einer geringen Gesamtsumme (30€) wurde ein Goodie beigelegt.

Ordered from them to Spain and i live in the outskirts of my town, where the postal service doesnt deliver letters, only tracked mail. I even mailed them about this before ordering and they assured me it would be fine and arrive. Few weeks later, still not here.

I asked them about it, saying this is what i said would happen, what about tracking options?

Basically got an answer saying just this; "only tracked if you order from the china warehouse"
And nothing else.

Kinda disappointed, I ordered many times from ivo and rechem in the Netherlands before I moved to Spain.

Be careful.

Be patience, be surprised.
Everything on point, extra sample as landing gear and product that speak for itself. Wanna share the positive experience as my first review.

Waiting a month now. Order didn't reach me so far.

Entreprise extrêmement sérieuse j’ai commandé longtemps chez eux et toujours aujourd’hui au top ils sont super pro je recommande

Nichts erhalten.
Bestellung seit 14 July aufgegeben, bezahlt und bekam auch Bestätigungsmail, dass jenes "E-Liquid" versendet wurde. Leider war jegliche Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support per direkter Mail oder Kontaktfeld nicht möglich. Nun habe ich meine Bestellung als Brief nach 3,5 Wochen erhalten (>DE) mit etwas extra was ich zu schätzen weis. Denke das die Bestellung markiert wurde aber leider untergegangen ist. Trotzdem Qualität und Preis 1A, jedoch Erfahrung etwas ungewiss. Wenn es nicht eilt kann ich den Shop weiterempfehlen.
