Ivonne is a wonderful reflexologist. She is warm, caring and listened to exactly what was going on. I had TMJ pain and after one session it was much better and I was able to go without painkillers, by two sessions it was almost totally gone and I have big hopes for my third session. I've been seeing Ivonne on and off for 2 years now, and I wish I'd found her sooner. I've struggled for years with anxiety, stress, depression, and increasing stomach and bowel issues, and after every session with Ivonne I feel calmer, lighter, and find that the particular issues I've gone in with have improved significantly. I've noticed that a few days after every session, my skin looks clearer, I have more energy, and generally it feels like inflammation in my body has gone down. It is also the only thing I've found that helps my tinnitus to quieten down. Ivonne has a huge amount of knowledge and expertise, and practises with deep care and integrity. She has really, really helped me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for reflexology.

Only downfall...and bit expensive

I had my first reflexology session and was a really revealing experience. Ivonne made me feel comfortable right away, explaining what to expect and checking in throughout. It was a little painful at first, but I could feel the tension easing from my feet upward as the session went on. Afterward, I felt calm, grounded, and surprisingly relieved. I also came away with a better understanding of what’s going on in my body and everything makes a bit more sense now. A great first session that’s made me want to book again!

Ivonne is a fantastic therapist, skilled and also empathetic. The whole time with her was a great experience, I could not believe how much she could tell about me from my feet! I can’t wait to come and see Ivonne again soon.
