I ordered a size Large (which is my usual size) after confirming with customer service, but the top part of the dress is very tight. It completely flattens my chest and feels tight and uncomfortable under the arms. I was also disappointed with the fabric. Based on the photos, it looked like a cotton-like material, but in person it feels synthetic and makes you sweat easily. Shipping was quite slow too. I placed my order on April 3, and I received it on Easter Monday, April 21. However, customer service assured me it would arrive before Easter. What really surprised me is that it was shipped from China.

I could not return the item because I used a promo code during checkout.

This morning, I left a few comments on Facebook sharing my experience, and I replied to a few people who were asking about the shipping time or the quality of the dress. I just found out at 2 PM that they banned me from their Facebook page.

Horrible experience. Bought a dress that is not true to size as stated, is see thru. They sent a welcome coupon but failed to mention you can not return or even exchange bc you used a coupon. Terrible customer service and will not buy or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst customer service with the cheapest line of clothing. Ordered a dress and it feels like a table cloth not a dress. No refund because I used a discount code. Never again will I order without reading reviews. This company is pure trash.

I ordered a dress on 4/8/25 via an ad on Facebook. It was targeted to an Easter dress. I thought I'd give them a try. Big mistake! A few days after my order (and still no tracking number), I began reading comments on the ad and responded even tagging the company. The post/ad was taken down. I emailed them on 4/15/25 inquiring about tracking. I amazingly received a response and later a tracking number from China. As of today, 4/20/25, the package hasn't had any activity at all - still in China. Emailed the company again informing them that there was no movement as well as letting them know that that are not an American company, but merely a middle man through a Chinese company. I received the most unprofessional email response. I will never do business with this company again and neither should you. I wish I could give them a negative review score.

I honestly wish I could give them a -5 stars. I would’ve never bought from them if I actually read the reviews on here!!! I’m posting so that what happened to me doesn’t happen to you. I ordered two dresses and only received one… It looked, felt, and was made out of the cheapest material and nothing like what you see on the website! On the website, they write that they are US domestic shipping, but when I reached out to them about my missing dress, they told me that It still had to go through customs from China and that it would take longer. My confirmation shipping told me that both of my dresses arrived.
I’ll be filing a claim with my bank because they need to be shut down. I believe they are a scam company now as I have read many reviews on social media. They blocked me and many others on social media for confronting them. I also sent them a personal email telling them I would be writing reviews and filing a claim with my bank. They will not refund me the money for the dresses. I hope this gives you all the information you need to know about the company before you make the same mistake!!

They have a "1st order discount" that immediately pops up, and apply it to your cart. Suprise, suprise, anything they apply a discount to doesnt qualify for return. The dress looks nothing like the picture, is way smaller than size chart indicated and is crappy material, nothing more than a speedy cleaning cloth. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone else to avoid it as well!

Order never even shipped. No replies from "support emails"- Scam site! Lesson learned. Do your research before being click happy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a dress and they sent me a cheap crappy dress that looked nothing like what I ordered then declined my return because I had a 10% coupon that they offered when I went to their site. Shipping took forever and when I received it I realized the Item was shipped from China.

Do not order from them. They don’t let you know that the item is shipping from China, there forever to arrive. When the dress arrived it was definitely not true to size, at least 2 sizes off. The material is very crappy. I have sent three emails trying to find out how return, still no response from them. Never again will I order from them.

This is a definite scam site. First of all they want you to believe they are in Virginia, when in fact all products ship from China. The Virginia address they provide is a vacant lot. The clothes look absolutely nothing like the photos on their fake site. They offer discount codes for all orders and buried at the very end of their 30 day money back guarantee they state that all sales are final if you use a discount coupon…even if they send you the wrong size, like they did to me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site & spend your money locally.
