Just had my Apple Watch screen replaced. Posted it Monday and got it back on Friday using Royal Mail.
Very good service and would certainly use them again.

My iwatch screen was replaced, a quick turn round from Saturday to Tuesday, and now looks as new.

Sent my broken Iwatch (shattered glass) on Monday it was returned to me fully fixed on Thursday. Great service and comms 10/10

two months ago I sent them to fix the glass on my iWatch because it had come off (not broken) they only had to fix it back when I asked them and replace the battery two months later my battery dies 2-3 hours after I took it the clock from the charger screen is black! I am not at all convinced that my battery has been replaced? i paid £85 for nothing! I wrote to them several times, but they give me incomplete answers! I'm giving one star because it can't be given any more, very disappointing, we doubt that this is a complete scam!!! Be careful!!!!

Excellent service and quality of replacement of watch glass screen. Dispatched on 17/01 and returned on 20/01/24 (Royal Mail). Recommend this service to anyone.

Great pricing, best on the market really! Sent my apple watch to get fixed and it came perfect! Even cleaned the water that was inside my watch at no extra charge! Totally recommend!

Unfortunately I dropped my iwatch and smashed the screen, after getting some quotes that were just unreasonable, I found these guys iWatchRepair. The whole experience was really smooth from start to repair and return was 3 days. Scotland to London repaired and back to Scotland. My watch is like new again the work is very professional.

Watch repaired in good time with minimal fuss . Much cheaper than Apple and very happy to have the sensor back recording fitness , heart rate etc

Excellent service. I posted my broken watch on Saturday and received it back Friday (considering this is Christmas week this is amazing!). I was kept informed at every stage of the repair and the fix is perfect.

I broke my Samsung S22 plus on Sunday, was messed about by my insurance, so I decided to get it repaired myself. Quick Google search and FMBS came up, and it was great that the website would price what I needed there and then. Paid for my purchase with the added insurance, posted the following morning (Tuesday). FMBS Nofified me that they had received my phone on the Wednesday and would let me know of the outcome, got a message Thursday morning to say everything had gone well and my phone was being posted back that day, Royal mail delivered it back to me on the Friday afternoon. Amazing service guys thanks very much, will definitely be a returning customer if I have anymore mishaps, can't fault your customer service.
