JABULABETS - short-changed and then ignored

I sought assistance from Jabulabets official channels with limited to no positive resolution. I started on April 2nd and I feel that there are grounds to write a complaint 8 days later.

You can't trust an online bookmaker that short changes you. Their promo codes never work and so the Live Chat personnel would tell you to make the deposit and they will manually credit you the bonus, except they can't get that right.

Plenty of other online bookmakers who get this right the first time.

If you try to seek assistance from their company's general/support email, expect no answer for days. If you try to seek assistance from their company's Live chat agents, expect the session to end with them informing you that they will follow up/escalate to management. No matter how many times you follow up with their Live chat agents, expect them all to respond the same way, "We have escalated to the relevant department." Expect this response for at least four days after your first follow-up.

Jabulabets support email gives you the silent treatment while live chat support is a waste of time and energy.

Since they don't respond by email and their live chat agents are content with being unhelpful, I resorted to posting my complaint on their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels. 24 hours after doing this, ONLY the Facebook admin responded and said that they would follow-up. This triggered the bonus to be credited but guess what? They credited the bonus incorrectly!

When you seek correction from live chat support, they will not admit that they need to brush up on simple their simple mathematics.

I say this because if they or any other online bookmaker offer a deposit match bonus offer of 150% up to R1500 and you deposit R1000 then guess what... The correct bonus to credit is R1500. Instead they credit you R1000!

I would then proceed to seek assistance for this fresh error by email, no response thus far. Live chat will try to convince you that they have credited correctly and provide ambiguous and irrelevant explanations. I have sought assistance from their social media channels and there has been no response at all thus far.

I send this to alert anybody looking to participate in ANY of Jabulabets sports bonuses to think twice and try a different online bookmaker, if you want to avoid being short-changed and then ignored.

I will let others know to be careful of this company. They are cheating people and I will spread this message to as many official channels as I can. The live chat and social media channels are an infinite loop and their support email is a black whole.

I gave Jabulabets time to respond but they did not. Just the usual from their live chat saying "We will escalate" and " We have followed up with the relevant department." And the usual non-response when contacted by email.

I resigned myself to being short-changed R500 from my bonus.

I received the bonus on Tuesday with 7 days until expiry but alas, two days before expiry it has vanished.

I deposited on the 3rd. I sent emails and follow-ups by chat and only got it on Tuesday. So I fulfilled the requirement of depositing for the Easter weekend but only got it on Tuesday. It said I have 7 days but now it is gone.

I cant add the rest of the conversation because of the characters left. Needless to say, use a different bookmaker if you are looking to avoid a large serving of frustration.
