This is great experience I got while preparing for jobs. Jobs required might not match your skills but it will consistently show you jobs. A very positive feature I use for my interview preparation is inbuild Jack here I can prepare for mock interview and it provides feedback to questions and answers and improves your ability to actually well done in interview

So I’ve been “working” with Jack for a few months now during my job search. Initially I was unsure about was how involved Jack could be in this process. The starting point was talking to Jack, answering some specific questions so that any search for roles would surface the most relevant to my experience and skills. Jack quite quickly surfaced about 4 roles (2 of which is seen and 2 which I hadn’t come across) which I appreciated. I’ve since refined my search in terms of the type of roles I’m looking for and Jack has responded well to this.

I have applied to quite a few of the roles that Jack has recommended, and have interviewed for some of them. I prepped for one of my interviews with Jack quite extensively and made it through to final round, currently pending a decision.
Jack still sends me roles that are relevant to my search and updating the dashboard is easy. You don’t even have to log in, you can email Jack and it’s done.

Sends jobs that are weeks out of date and won’t allow you to delete the account, you click on account deletion, it asks you to add your email address which doesn’t work and there’s no button to confirm. So I keep getting emails for jobs posted months ago which is highly irritating.

Amazing experience! I had a quick chat with Jack for 20 minutes, got perfectly my experience, my values and what was looking for and introduced me to great companies, which one of them ended up being a fit.

I would recommend it to everyone.

I find it a waste of time. I’m not sure what I might be doing wrong but I’ve asked others and the AI itself on how to actually apply for a job on their platform and nothing. It’s just showing me jobs I cannot apply for at all and gives me no direction on how to do so. Wasting my time showing me jobs I can’t do anything with. I’m better off and it’s faster for me to apply on any other job board than theres. It has my resume and cv yet no jobs applied for just being “tracked”. Complete waste of time

Talks the talk, ready for first screening, fails with cannot verify phone number. Verify with what, country code, with 0, no 0. You upload CV and just sends you back to the beginning. Frustrating for a simplistic fail that no one has spotted including the AI toolset itself!

Just seems to recycling jobs already out there that can be found on LinkedIn etc. nothing ground breaking, in fact 'talking' to an AI agent is nonsense and would much rather stick to real life recruiters.

Cannot sign up because their system doesn't like my perfectly valid email address. They have no control over this apparently so I guess I'll never know if this site is any good or not.

Jack & Jill is nothing more than a glorified job search board, canvassing the internet for jobs that you could find on LinkedIn or Indeed.

And it's full of marketing deceptions.

Deception #1: Jack claims to scan "15 million jobs daily", giving you the impression that there are 15 million roles suitable for you. However, because most of those jobs fall outside your skill set, the "15 million" is nothing more than a dangling carrot.

Deception #2: Jack claims to help "hundreds of thousands of people take the next step in their career", with the "next step" meaning engaging with Jack & Jill rather than actually finding a role. More importantly, the service cannot find the golden-nugget jobs that are passed on to recruiters instead of being posted on job sites.

Deception #3: Jack offers CV and interview help so that you "stand out from the crowd", but the CV is little more than a templated, been-there-done-that version.

You're constantly editing, tweaking, and providing feedback on your profile and search results, which takes longer than finding those same roles on LinkedIn and ultimately helps their data more than it helps you.

It's a marketing ploy, really.

If you're fortunate enough to have a recruiter who values your skill set, then focus on that relationship. Otherwise, unless there really are 15 million available jobs in your sector, feel free to use Jack & Jill—but don't have any expectations.

Candidates - speak up against this nonsense. Having to speak to a stupid AI "agent" to get a job is an absolute joke!

I would rather be JOBLESS than speak to an AI "AGENT". How humiliating, how about I just speak to a real HUMAN instead? Who in their right mind would willingly speak to a stupid chatGPT wrapper to even have a chance at getting a job? Stand up against this nonsense.

And business who use this RUBBISH, you are losing good candidates because NOBODY in their right mind would go through this UTTER nonsense.

I loved using J&J. I've recommended it to everyone I know. Yes, it took a little while to start getting the roles through that really interested me, but with some feedback, it nailed it pretty quickly. Even sending me roles that I would never have found myself, and ultimately ended up interviewing for. I loved the interview practice and role play - the whole experience was positive. And free! I found it a great support during a stressful time, and I would 10/10 use again. It's the future!

Jack is such a useful tool. Like a good recruitment consultant - but they're available 24/7 and you can ask them as many questions and clarifications as you like. Definitely helped me a lot.

It is a great AI Agent tool to help find jobs, tweak the CV and do cover letters. Also preparing for interviews. There are however some glitches: sometimes Jack forgets what we just worked on. Also the classifying of roles is not always updated as it should be (Applied etc.). Great tool to help land a new job but some improvement is needed on functionalities and glitches.

Jack and Jill is an AI-powered headhunter that can help you find employment. That's the skinny, but this service felt different. I interacted with Jack quite a lot and the exchanges were quite in-depth with preserved memory and context. Every Monday Jack would check in with me to see how the job hunt was going and updates were automatically recorded so that we were both on the same page about which roles were a better fit. I was able to find meaningful employment in my area of expertise in about four weeks. I'd recommend this service to anyone who might have been searching for a job for a long time and you might be getting frustrated or close to giving up. Jack & Jill can get you back on the horse.

Not only the worst experience I have had with an AI product- but the worst experience I have had with any product. Four hours and 112 turns later, the chat managed to find only 1 role suitable for me and couldn’t even help me write a cover letter. Partly because it couldn’t even remember which job I was applying for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.

Overall, I think the product has strong potential and offers a genuinely different experience from traditional job platforms. I would recommend it to students, early-career professionals, and anyone exploring new opportunities.

Great for Those Seeking Job Opportunities
I've been using Jack & Jill for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. I received several sponsorship proposals that were perfectly aligned with my profile — it's clear the platform actually understands its creators. The whole experience has been smooth and well-targeted. I'd definitely recommend it to friends looking for real brand opportunities.

Love this site - so easy to use and got me a successful interview. A few times it pulls up jobs which are closed, but thats easy enough to see. It needed a bit of training to get the job search on target, but a few conversations was all it took. It was also very helpful at constructing cover letters and advice about how to structure a CV. Way more useful than most human recruiters I have used. Also I liked being able to walk off and do something else mid conversation, you can come back to it any time to finish off without worrying about offending anyone. Would recommend!

Honestly Jack & Jill is the AI tool I won't stop talking about. Jack was so incredibly helpful during my job hunt process -- I consider myself *excellent* at the internet, and he was finding roles that I had never seen before. The prep work was unbelievable -- several times the interview questions I got were the exact ones he prepped me for. How does he know!?? MAGIC. My one gripe? We couldn't get a glass of bubbles after I signed my offer.

I got my current job through Jack & Jill. I was struggling to find good remote jobs in my field as there's such a high demand. I had access to roles from all over the world through Jack. He found great opportunities within my very specific skillset. The only thing I would add to the platform is a job search tracker with jobs moving from "opportunities" to "applied" to "got interview"/"got rejected" to "moved to next stage" and/or "got offer". I was doing this manually on a spreadsheet but it would be nice to have this built in as I kept getting some jobs i had already applied to or had got rejected. I would recommend, specially if you are trying to find a remote role.
