I am thankful to have met Helen Lang who facilitated my mortgage in the most expert manner. She was always accessible, a phone call away even in the evenings and during weekends. She won my confidence as she constantly reassured me during the entire stressful process of buying a house. Helen made it a point that I would get my house key. And it happened in just three months! And another plus factor is, she works with a highly organised team at Jack Gear Financial Services who knows a network of the other specialists needed in house buying.

This was the first time we had used Jack Gear after they were recommended to us and we were not disappointed. We dealt with Helen who was friendly and professional and from start to finish made everything so much easier. Great service from these guys, Isobel who was dealing with my mortgage application was extremely helpful, polite and always had an answer for any queries i had, and also Madison helping to tie up any loose ends and always returning calls promptly, i wouldn't hesitate to come back when my fixed term is up for more advice.
