I went to Jack and the box today and had a very bad day and a employe asked me how was my day and it really made my day his name was James

The location in Baton Rouge on the corner of Government St and S. Foster had the rudest person working drive through. We ordered a meal and wanted a Sprite but they were out. Ask for another type of drink they replied we on have Coke Products. I ask for a coke and the worker replied “I just told you we are in out” when asked what products do you have she says it should be on the menu”. That was really rude and we cancelled tue entire order.
The worker could’ve say at this moment these are the following drinks we have available:

I ordered a jumbo jack and some tacos, the hamburger was coold and the tacos were to old even stuck to the paper, bad service address 9004 Dyer 79924

Overall, my daughter had a negative experience at Jack-in-the-Box in Central Point, Oregon. Despite her intentions of getting an application, she was treated poorly by the employees. This type of behavior is unacceptable and may deter potential customers from visiting the establishment. The management should address this issue and ensure that all employees are trained to provide good customer service.

Went to the Jack on the Eastside of Flagstaff for tacos and the Diamondbacks special, free jumbo jack with drink purchase. The Dbacks had several homeruns last night but "because the manager did not text about it they would not honor it...." why advertise the special if the restaurant will not do it????

What rude people I can understand why

So as far as I'm concerned Jack in the box has cursed themselves

One I don't like anyone serving my drink for me I can get my own if I turn off the machines in the lobby

Jack in the box never fix that before they need to fix it as for me I will never go again so it doesn't matter

They included a pin and entry into their $75 K sweepstakes with my food order. I went online as instructed to claim my winnings and the sweepstakes website just wasted my time and kept resetting. Their website did not honor my entry code that was provided to me with my food order. Plus the onion rings were burnt and the sandwich was cold and my shake was watery. Very disappointing. Jack used to be my favorite fast food but this experience was terrible all around. Things have changed for the worse, apparently.

I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews, but Jack in the box has way better fresh tasting fluid that actually tastes like a hamburger when you eat it. Not like something that's been sitting in the freezer for 2 years. Food is fresh. Taste is great. I have nothing bad to say yes. It takes a little time but it's made for us. I expect that. I'm glad that they moved in my town and countryside Illinois cuz I never would have tried this otherwise The only bad thing I could say which I understand when it was new in this town it was backed up all the way to the street. But now that it's not so new, you can get food easily without waiting too long

Absolute trash! For the second time in a row, I went out of my way to try and get a better experience, went there on my lunch break & spent 19 minutes! And I still wouldn’t have given them a bad review if the girl would’ve just said “sorry for the wait & maybe a little explanation or even a thank you for coming & smile but NOPE. I don’t think I’ll be spending my money at Jack-in-the-Box on 3500 south anymore. All the girls at work they act like it’s a massive inconvenience that they even have to be there.

What went wrong was when they brought my food out they did not bring my drinks.and she over here think she slick not. And she brung the food like nothing happened like girl you know what you did you dummy.

Well where do I start? Remember Monterey Jacks? JITB had to change their name for that little spell killing all those people? Time for a change again guys because You’re killing me!!!! How does one burn fries every time I go there? What happened to the phrase “the customer is always right”? Did the kids working at your stores get their feelings hurt when you told them their order was wrong? Why do I get flak when I call in to tell you you forgot my burgers? Is the entree not the most important part of the meals? Please, for the love of all that is in this world, fix the problems! Thank you!!

The sandwiches are smaller but the prices go up.

Jack in the box Durant got off work after a long day at the Taco Bell in Durant the lady there seemed exhausted but still put a smile on and was courteous I appreciate her she did an amazing job I don't know her name but she had some tattoos nice lady it was about 1 am

My tacos and curly fries were exactly what I wanted from Jack in the Box. However, they completely messed up my main sandwich—wrong sauce, missing pickles, and it looked thrown together. When I asked them to fix it, the staff seemed incredibly annoyed, and I had to wait a long time again. The food is standard, but the service and order accuracy at this location were extremely frustrating.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was flavoless rubber. I couldn't bite through it. They replaced it with a spicy chicken sandwich. The tiny piece of chicken was as hard as a rock and it just tasted like salt. I tossed it after one bite. All this for over $15 for the combo. Never again.

Jack in the box St Louis Missouri location Central West end. When I mean a awesome awesome over the average restaurant for morning breakfast and brunch this Jack in the box just made some kind of history because this is the best Jack in the box I've been to in the STL city. Keeping it real

The NEW Jack in the Box in Hinesville GA is horrible. Do not get me wrong. Most of the staff is friendly. But they cannot complete an order without making it the way YOU tell them to. I am no longer going back to this store. They cannot do anything right. Avoid it.

On 3-29-2025 we stopped at the Jack in the Box 3605 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA location, and ended up with the most HORRIBLY tasting pile of CRA* that anyone ever shoved off on us as edible food.

So, SHAME of US for revisiting that same location on 11-10-2025. OVERCHARGED to the tune of $14.12 for a simple sandwich. Plus, the food quality had improved only slightly.

BUT, what was really nasty was the unending stream of 'Soda Snatchers' who simply walked in and drained literally GALLONS of soda and ice from the self serve unit. Essentially, we paid for a soda, and got NOTHING, while dozens of 'non-payers' had their way with the equipment. SADLY, we stood at the counter for almost 8 minutes, and never could get any employee inside the restaurant to give us a micro second of their time. We hoped to get a small refill to wash down the bad taste of JACK food, but never had the opportunity.

YES, we knew that 'JACK' does not provide gourmet meals, but the expectation that some employee would police that restaurant was our minimal, yet unfulfilled hope and expectation.

Hopefully, your local 'JACK' does a better job for their customers. They probably can, because nothing could be worse than the Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA location.
