Following up again, this is now day 7, and there is still no resolution to my withdrawal issue.

After the company’s previous response, I followed their exact recommendation and asked customer support to “escalate to a senior agent for delayed redemption and broken verification link.” Unfortunately, this did not lead to any progress.

I continue to receive the same generic response, that the issue is being “investigated” by another team. It appears that only this internal team can resolve the issue, yet they are not available on weekends. As a result, although it is currently day 7, it is likely this will stretch into day 9 or beyond with no action taken.

To be clear, the issue is not on my end. I am fully verified with the third-party system they use and have successfully redeemed winnings on other similar apps without any issues. The problem lies with the verification link provided, it does not function properly and requests information without allowing the process to be completed. I have already tried their suggested workaround (different browsers/devices), and it did not resolve anything.

While the delay itself is frustrating, the lack of progress after a full week, and the reliance on a team that is seemingly unavailable for days at a time, is even more concerning. Customer service responses exist, but they do not lead to solutions.

At this point, a week without resolution is unacceptable for an app handling real money. I will continue to provide updates, but as of now, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
