Firewood not dry
I ordered bluegum wood to be used in a fireplace which, according to the claims made on the website, is dry. The wood could not be used because it is wet - moisture content ranging between 25 - 45% of the bags I have tested. Many pieces are the size of tree trunks that do not even fit into an open fireplace.

Bags are advertised as 8kg. I bought 50 and all are 6kg or 6.5kg. Therefore cost per kg is significantly more than advertised.

Packaging can be improved as wood was falling out plastic. Also be careful not to drop heavy wood packs on patio tiles
