We are very satisfied with our new conservatory, although Corbin 19 held things up a bit when it did start the installers worked very hard to get it done in the shortest possible time and we are now enjoying the perfect addition to our home.

Well what can I say...... Perfect does not go far enough to describe Jackson Windows!! They went out of their way to find a solution to our needs...they went off-book and found, supplied and fitted a product that did not exist in their portfolio... at a very competitive price! Our request was unusual due to the location of an existing set of stairs, one of the doors needing to be "fixed" ie a dummy and a very restrictive fitting space.... but their fitter took it all in his stride and did a fabulous job! It didn't end there... aftersales kicked in when we requested a more secure lock.... nothing was too much trouble. Jackson's went above and beyond...and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Just awesome....

We have recently changed our patio door into a bi-fold door and it's brilliant, gives us extra room and keeps more heat in as well. Very well made and great quality. Our sales man was so helpful and kind and would definetly go to him again. Everything went to plan, no problems whatsoever and the great thing was they listened to what we wanted and engineered so we did. Customer service was brilliant from start to finish, wouldn't go anywhere else now. We also have kitchen and glass conservatory roof so you could say i would most definetly recommend. Mr Macintosh

We wanted new windows and had previous experience of UPVC white windows your sales representative was not pushy in any way and we are totally happy with the windows as fitted.
The installation went to plan with the fitting being done on the date agreed and carried out in a professional manner. The old windows were all taken away at the end of the job and everything left clean and tidy, very happy with the installation and would recommend your company to anyone.

Friendly, smart, knowledgable sales and survey team. Helpful with information with suitable doors for my bungalow which was a bit difficult as the entrance was smaller dimensions than the normal door. Fitters just as efficient arrived on time and did not take long to complete the job, Left the front porch immaculate.
