Jade Windows & Doors (Wollaston) Reviews

We contacted Jade windows as they had given such amazing service to our daughter and we really liked the Solidor. From the outset Kevin and Gill were really helpful. They are knowledgeable, affable and timely in responding. The choice of door and glass was facilitated and the door and adjoining window fitting was very efficient and they accommodated moving my Ring doorbell and leaving alarm wires ready for our company. They also managed to remove the old frame without affecting phone and broadband despite the respective companies having drilled through the middle of the frame. The quality of the product and the workmanship are both excellent.

Thanks to Gill, Kevin & team at Jade Windows & Doors for fitting our new Solidor front door. The whole process was handled in a very friendly & professional way. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and while he was here for the survey he went out of his way to help us sort out a problem with the locking mechanism on our French doors. Highly recommended and we would definitely use them again.

Thank you for fitting our 2 new windows and replacing one door panel and window pain in our conservatory. Wow what a good job both of you.

Found Jade to be reliable and efficient, kept to the
schedule and completed a good job.

With a few teething problems sue to technology and a non standard door frame we eventually settled on a selection that looks amazing. Fantastic fitting that has truly lifted the room. Gill is very responsive and as we were trying to find a we went through a few e mails back and forth on size and selection. Very satisfied with where we ended up and the result

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Easy process to get an initial quote, followed very quickly with full survey qualification and pricing. Whilst they may not be the cheapest on initial evaluation You will soon see that for any small difference you most definitely get what you pay for! And the quality, finish and service has been exceptional. Gill and her team are extremely professional and Come highly recommened!

I can’t recommend Jade Windows & Doors enough. Their service was exemplary from quite through to fitting.

Fantastic, quality, friendly service.

Jade Windows & Doors helped with the design and fitment of our new Solidor front door. They went above and beyond, and were able to provide the style we wanted, despite our obscure doorway measurements.

If you want a friendly and thorough service Kevin at Jade is your man!
From survey, to design tweaks and sharing info and ideas, Kevin and Gill provide a friendly and informative service where nothing is too much trouble and they keep great contact.
Kevin and Grant also proved to be prompt, helpful and communicative installers who provided us with a new back door that we are soo thrilled with (as is our cat with his new catflap they also fitted on the door) we are currently preparing to book them again for our front door.
Cannot recommend them enough!

Thanks to everyone at Jade. They gave us a great service with suggestions when we were choosing and then again when Kevin came to measure up and survey the installation. Grant and Kevin have been today to install our doors and have made a lovely job of everything. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and we are very, very pleased with it all. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Colin and Sue.

Excellent service and installation , nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. Thanks to Kevin & his team

Thanks to great advice and support from the very first phone call to Gill, I’m now the proud owner of a very smart new front door from Jade. The service has been exemplary and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Everything was well organised, communications were clear and timely, Kevin answered all our practical questions when he did the survey & Grant left my hallway cleaner & tidier than when he started! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jade.

Highly recommended...

Very professional and knowledgable company,Kevin came round to quote on a Solidoor installation and gave me further options i had not seen that made my door something special. The Jade Windows team are extremely passionate about their work and Grant was brilliant and efficient in fitting the Solidor door to a high standard cosidering the challeges my old cottage gave him.

It’s clear from the moment Kevin came round to quote, that the Jade Windows team are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. We were recommended to them by a friend and couldn’t be happier with the overall service and end result. Grant was brilliant and efficient in fitting the Solidor door to a high standard and left everything immaculately clean when leaving.

We recently used Jade Windows & Doors for the 4th time to supply and fit our new front door. As always Kevin and Grant were brilliant and are always our first choice.
Kevin has been wonderful with our difficult design for the glass etching providing options/solutions. Like with their work previously (two back doors and a conservatory) we are extremely pleased! The front door looks fantastic! Thank you again.

Jade Windows & Doors did a fantastic job on our new front door. Kevin was great when he came to visit, the quote was very reasonable and when they came to fit the door they did a sterling job. Due to the nature of the gap that the door was going into there were some potential issues, but Kevin and Grant talked us through the options, recommended solutions and we left ourselves in their professional hands. The finished door is splendid and we couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend them!

I was recommended Jade Windows & Door by a neighbour and was not disappointed!
The whole team were super helpful, from Gill dealing with my ever changing mind on how I'd like my door, to Kevin coming out to do the survey and talking me through all of my options and being an absolute gem, to Grant fitting the door yesterday - super tidy and professional and so helpful! 100% would recommend!! A huge thank you to you all!
