Adam was very friendly and easy to communicate with, but extremely professional in his approach. He had an excellent knowledge of the market and the selling package he put together for our property was excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending James Agent if you are considering having your house valued or wish to sell. Without doubt James Agent were the best estate agent we have used over 40 years of house sales.

We used James Agent as a result of a recommendation from McGill Mortgages, Melrose to sell my parents home. Adam responded very quickly and professionally to our enquiry and arranged to meet with me at the property within a day. As other reviews state Adam is very knowledgeable as a qualified surveyor and looks at the possibilities for any future development of the property with a realistic vision in terms of design and planning. It was also refreshing to receive texts of upcoming viewings and also a call from Adam after every viewing which provided excellent communication. I can honestly say that the service was seamless from start to finish and have already passed on Adams details to several friends. I would recommend paying the extra charge for viewings and let Adam manage a "stress free sale on your behalf"

We contacted Adam in October for a home evaluation he came out to the house within a matter of days as agreed. Very Prompt service on hand for any queries we had. Our house was on the market very quickly on all major sites with an easy to use portal provided by James Agent to check on the progress of your house eg views on sites and bookings for viewings. Our house sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. The package deal we got with Adam was great value for money including the professional photos of the house.
