Quick shipping - great quality leather bag. Bought for a gift and she loved it!

I was looking for a gift for my nephew who was starting his first year as a middle school English teacher. I thought that a leather messenger bag might be an appropriate gift. Not only did he love it, he said he'd look cool with his students. A win-win! Thank you, James Leather, for the perfect gift for my wonderful nephew!

Tremendous customer service

Absolutely LOVE the Artisan Buffalo Leather Duffel! I gave this to my husband as a gift, and strangers are stopping him in the airport to compliment him on it. The leather is very durably and the quality is top notch. The dual straps meet in the middle to give great structure and support while carrying it. The separate compartments make travel organized and convenient. Lastly, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. It can be daunting to order something online from an independent company, but I received immediate attention and consistent follow up with my questions. HUGE thank you to the James Leather team! My husband is already looking at a second purchase with this company.

High quality excellent storage space and very sophisticated.

It started out a bit choppy but as with most challenges it is the response that makes all the difference.

I ordered a Leather computer bag and when I received it the size was all wrong for me. I was a bit frustrated because I didn't feel that the photo matched the actual bag. This is where the service kicked in. I sent a message and got a response right away from Gitte. Long story short she was fabulous. She arranged the return and helped me find the "perfect" bag for me. Her followup was fast and she was very understanding around my frustration. She made sure I got the right bag and quickly.

Ordering the sling bag was simple and convenient. The pictures, along with the product description, provided enough information to make my purchase with confidence. I received tracking updates. The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The bag is of great quality. I like the color of the bag. The bag is as advertised. Also, leather always smells great! For the most part I’m happy with the product it just was not the type of leather or look as advertised but it will do the job

The first bag I ordered had a small flaw and wasn't quite right. I am glad I spoke up about it as the follow-up customer service was amazing. Otherwise, I would not have known. Gitte gave me the chance to look through some other options and what I settled on turned out to be the exact bag I was looking for in the first place. I absolutely love it. There were check-ins and updates along the way, and she really worked to make it right. This is not the most expensive purchase anyone has ever made, but James Leather got a really satisfied and loyal customer out of it. Thank you!

The overall quality is superb! The craftsmanship is top notch. I truely only have one issue that had i looked closer I woukd not have purchased. The magnetic snaps are really cheap and they do not hold well at all. I dont understand why regular snaps were not used. Overall complaint. Product itself its truly amazing. Get rid of the magnetic snaps and use traditional snaps.
