I won over $1200 twice on one game during bonus rounds at the end of the bonus my wins just disappeared as if they never happened. After the first big win disappearing I thought it was a glitch then it happened again. When I contacted the support desk, which was AI chat bots, it indicates they would have their technical team look into it. 5 days passes so I sent a follow up message to see if they had looked into it yet, no response, so I messaged again and the next day got a brief statement basically saying the found no descrepencies with my gaming history and swiftly dismissed my inquiry. I was not contacted by anyone asking for further information or details regarding exactly what happened or how much the wins were or even what game it was that this happened on. I've asked for correct contact info and was ignored. I've asked for my gaming transaction record and was blatantly ignored. In addition to having my wins disappear the money that I did have on my balance never actually went onto my withdrawable balance, this was inclusive of my own money I deposited, it went directly into bonus balance. In hindsight this should have been the first red flag for me. Don't waste your time or money because they won't pay and won't even allow you to withdraw your own money after depositing. SCAMMERS!

Scamming thieves. They have no clear Terms written anywhere about the bonus wagering. So they can make their own terms at the time of not paying you. It took me 3 days to Wager $20 going through their rip off games and managed to accumulate $440. Their website cashier won't give the permission to submit a withdrawal request. When approached their outdated slow as hell so called customer support they came back with the withdrawal been canceled as I placed bets more than $2 while WAGERING the bonus. On their website and through all the T&C there's no mention of any such restrictions. Scammers. Do not play there and do not waste your money and time. You won't get paid. Stay away.
