I booked a VERY last minute move with JamVans. Jake was extremely helpful in booking the job and very friendly and responsive. The movers who came to help me were Matt and Covel. I truly cannot thank them enough. They have been AMAZING and went absolutely above and beyond to help me when I (and the flat) were in a bit of a state! I really cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!!!!!!!

Would highly recommend
The moving team were great. Had an issue with timing but my manager responded well. I would recommend this company as they really did try to go above and beyond. Chris and Callum were polite, speedy and handled my items well.

Great Experience
Had a great experience with this moving company — the whole process was extremely smooth and efficient. Booking a delivery slot was easy, and collection was right on time. Chris and Calum were fantastic — super easy-going, very accommodating, and moved the boxes out swiftly. They even helped with some last-minute packing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service
Chris and Marlon were incredible. They made my life SO much easier by efficiently m taking inventory and safely loading up all my belongings in under an hour. They were friendly and professional. Thanks also to Jake who was always available for any questions. Highly highly recommend JamVans to anyone looking for removals and/or short to medium term storage

Brilliant experience, would 100% recommend
Brilliant experience, would highly recommend. Callum, Harvey and Matt helped me pack up my old flat and put everything into storage, before redelivering to my new flat a month later. Communication was great and they were lovely on the day, helpful and attentive. Everything was returned in great condition, without any damage or missing items. Amazing service - thanks all!

Efficient, good care taken for items, a little pricy
Efficient pick up and drop off from zone 2 london. A bit pricy during the storage, and after pickup there was lacking communication about whether we ended up paying for more space than we needed (our estimate was borderline so we booked the slightly larger size - they said they'd check if it fit in the smaller one but we never heard back).
Chris and Logan were friendly and efficient during the drop off, even with a second story walk up 👍

A seamless moving experience
A professional, friendly and incredibly well-organised team who made our move completely stress-free. We also used their storage service, which was brilliant, they collected everything from our door and delivered it all back when we needed it, so there was no hassle or need to organise access. Their attention to detail and care with our belongings was spot on, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JamVans, they really do go above and beyond!
