Brilliant customer service
I was accidentally sent 2 incorrect products. I felt very disappointed so left a review pointing out the mistake. I was quickly contacted and the correct products were sent at no further cost to me and the 2 incorrect products did not need to be returned. A lovely hand written note of apology came with the new products which made the experience very personal. I cannot recommend this friendly, hard working company highly enough. Hey, I have purchased Marie France body shaper, a great product made in Lebanon that cannot be found elsewhere in the UK market, and thanks to Jane Cosmetics, we can get it now in London.
