Mallick was excellent, sharpening our knife on the same day and ensuring it was sharpened for a left handed person. He even managed to upsell us a brand new knife! Great service.

I just want to say I came in today wanting to sharpen my knives and shrujal was amazing support. He managed to sharpen my knife very well. Although they don’t have same day knife sharpening service he still managed to make the time. I’m very pleased with his service and attentive to detail.

I ordered an omlette pan and when it…
I ordered an omlette pan and when it arrived it was tiny. I phoned JKC and spoke to Shivam who explained that the dimensions were a little misleading. He sent me photos of the pans with dimensions on so I was able to return 'tiny' and get a larger one. Minus one star for not making the dimentsions clear, but very good customer service.
