Thank you for the Oticon SP6 Dynamo ear hooks! I tried reaching out to Oticon many weeks ago but they didn't help. All they wanted me to do was schedule an appointment with my audiologist which costs money. Japebo really pulled through with the ease of ordering online. I wish the response time was quicker though (My reason for 4 stars). The first person got back to me with questions and then disappeared. The second person, Thomas, went the extra mile for me. I was able to get the ear hooks in time for my 2-day business trip. Everything worked out great! I plan to order more soon. Thank you, again.

Was charged $20 for shipping when placing the order then sent an additional invoice from DHL for $31.00 import export duties and tax processing. A reputable company that ships to USA should know of potential shipping issues with current laws and advise customers before placing order.

i purchased an item online that cost 19.80 and had a shipping charge of 20.00 for a total order price of 39.80. After the order was shipped I received a request by the shipping company for an additional 21.31. I did not want to pay an additional shipping charge. When I contacted Japebo they said they would only refund the amount of the item - 19.80. I should be refunded the total amount of my order 39.80.
When I purchase something online and there is a line item for shipping, and I pay that, it is wrong to charge an additional shipping charge to receive the item.

I ordered hearing aid accy's on order #12153854 Sept. of 2025, just last month.
When placing this order I was given shipping charges of around $25.00 for DHL.
When the order was on it's way, I received a phone call from DHL requesting an additional $25.00 for duty fees.
The problem is, I was never made aware of these additional charges and I would have never placed the order if I would have known this in advance.
Now I'm out $58.00 because of this.
I did contact Japebo customer service and was told once they receive it back, they will issue credit.
The problem is DHL still has the package and is hard to deal with. They are now mentioning storage fees.

I am very cautious purchasing on line. I validate companies I have no experience with or knowledge of, like Japebo, by checking with the Better Business Bureau. I needed a replacement receiver for my Phonak (actually labeled Kirkland for Costco) right hearing aid. Amazon sent me three for the left side even though I had ordered one for the right side. I had become difficult to find an acceptable vendor for my right side receiver so I decided to risk Japebo. You substituted a version 5 receiver for the version 4 one I had ordered. I am disappointed that you did not seek my OK before making that substitution. But, all's well that ends well, it fit and it works fine. Japebo is tops in my book!

Please beware of hidden charges. I checked out and my total was $30. They charged my card and then cancelled the purchase to add $20 in shipping. Then when DHL was ready to deliver they held delivery until I paid $31 in duty fees. Had i known about the duty fees, I would not have ordered.

Actually it took a while for them to believe I could not use the TV streamer, but they were very helpful in sending it back. Now I'm just waiting my refund. As for the hearing aid charger it works great. I am pleased with the service I received.
