It would have been 5 stars but needs better protection

It would have been 5 stars but the tool was bent in shipping. I had to straighten it out. Better protection on the point of the tool should be developed. Maybe a thick walled cardboard tube or a small box instead of a plastic resealable bag. The resealable bag is OK for short distances but when shipping overseas, it did not protect the tool.

There is no longer a separate EU or US version of the charger – all current models come with a universal USB charging cable, and only the wall plug differs by region.

If the USB wall plug was missing from your package or if you received one with an incorrect plug type, please let us know right away – we’ll be happy to send you the correct one immediately.

Had just the item I needed

This company had the item I needed with a lower price I could find other places. This is my first time using this company and was skeptical at first but then checked them and they had a high rating. The shipping is a little slow so if you are willing to wait for your item it won’t be a problem.
