I love Contigo mugs and take mine everywhere. I had a problem with the lids, a couple had broken and I had two perfectly good cups with no lids. I tried to track down replacements for the West Loop cup to no avail but got in contact with the customer service and they provided me, not only with lids but replacement cups. Excellent customer service, the company obviously believe in their product. I love to find companies that support their products and even better if they can just provide replacement parts t a reasonable cost compared with buying new.

Its not often I get the chance of a 5* review, but this company, WELL its CS at least, in the form of a guy called Leszek deserves it.

I found Leszek to be both proactive and efficient, keeping on top of my problem, resolving it (with the help of UPS) within a few short days, start to finish.

The delivery of my new West Loop Autoseal mug was/is MUCH appreciated, as is the opportunity to get OUT of "Victor Meldrew" mode, with (DRUM ROLL PLEASE) a 5* positive review.

I've had my Crystal glass kettle for…
I've had my Crystal glass kettle for just over a year. I sent an email to explain that the upper plastic part of the kettle was disintegrating or melting and pieces were falling off into the water. After sending THREE emails I finally heard back from 'customer service' - about a week later. I was asked to provide yet more details. I was then told the product was out of warranty and offered 20% off a new kettle. Considering the dangers of melting plastic pieces dropping in the water I was horrified! Surely as this is a known fault something should be done about it, people should be warned or at least compensated.
I'll never buy another Breville product or any of the many others this outfit controls.

I'm writing this review to show my appreciation for this company's Bubba brand. My wife and I bought two tumblers several years ago that started to leak a few months after purchase. It was too late to return them so they just sat in our cupboard for emergency use, and only for water. Recently I discovered that the company offers a lifetime warranty on their products so I sent in a claim. I really didn't think I was going to get a positive response as they were older, and many times there are exclusions for everything but the most unlikely of reasons. To my surprise, I got an immediate email requesting photos and a detailed description of what was wrong. Within a couple days of me sending the requested information I got an email confirming an order for two new tumblers free of charge and shipping! Even more surprising was the replacement ones were every bit as good quality as the original. Thank you Bubba brands!! You have a loyal customer for life!
