If you are able avoid at all costs. Customer service does not exist. Queues through the door, prescriptions not processed until you turn up and then queue for anything up to 30 minutes. As for their 24hr dispensing service total waste of time, prescriptions don’t get loaded or text message to advise.

Oakridge Park Jardine's is a joke. They had my prescription yesterday. Hadn't processed it. I was willing to wait but they then chose instead to "tell me off" for not waiting 72 hours because they are "overworked". Seriously? There were FOUR staff. They are often just talking amongst themselves - customers are at the bottom of the food chain it seems. I took my prescription elsewhere and it was fulfilled within 2 minutes. The pharmacy needs new staff that are willing to work and not give excuses that their job is hard. I will go elsewhere where the customer comes first.

Long waiting time. If they don't have an item, you have to come back again and wait again for a long time instead of getting the prescription ready.
Now, I am getting my prescriptions from my local boots pharmacy.

Terrible! You get treated like they are doing you a favour.Prescriptions never ready and if you’re lucky you’ll only queue for 20 mins. They’ll accuse you of already collecting medications when you’ve just left it a couple of weeks because it’s so horrible to go there. My husband has been given somone else’s prescription before now, without even an apology when he’s returned it. He’s also often given the wrong dosage! These are really dangerous errors!!!! But the thing I hate most is that there is no appreciation that some is of are standing in a queue for ages, often feeling really ill. Last time I went I had to go back later because I felt too ill to queue. Often I actually run out of meds because the thought of going to the pharmacy makes me anxious and I don’t have a whole hour to spare when I work 6 days a week. Not prepared to trust the delivery services. I’ve tried several Jardines shops, all the staff are rude. I’m a mild mannered person but I’m afraid I’m at the end of my tether with this company. I’ve even tried complaining to head office and they don’t reply, so I assume the lack of care just comes from the top down.

Terrible. Incompetent and rude. Will be switching.

Worst service ever. Prescriptions are never ready even 10 days after requesting from the doctors. Always a long wait for service. Nobody seems to know what's going on there. Will be changing my pharmacy from now on.

Jardines bedgrove aylesbury, absolute disgrace. I can't give zero stars but that's what it deserves. Avoid completely. All of the other local chemist's are quicker, better stocked, more efficient and far more polite.

This pharmacy used to be absolutely brilliant! Now since boots shut down they are totally overwhelmed with customers. The place was absolutely heaving which is worrying as COVID is still about...the rear of the shop has been enlarged which means the customer area is tiny. People were even queuing outside because there was no space to get in.

Went to collect my meds in Towcester branch in the high street and the lady in the chemist was rude to me as I asked nicely for my medication .

and the reaction I git back was YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER 2PM to collect your medication
and she was no bothering with me and got on with here work behind the counter

Registered for picking up prescriptions via machine, electronic prescription done by GP on 29th November 2024 - still not had a message about it being ready for collection - now run out and have to physically go over to Shenley Church End to see what delay is - fed up with this pharmacy which once upon a time was brilliant. Oh and no point in ringing they don't answer phone either. Am disabled and to have to keep going over to chase prescriptions is extremely unhelpful. Seriously considering changing to a postal delivery pharmacy now - surely can't be worse than this.

Useless, been getting worse and worse. Nothing's ever ready. Instead of medication you get lies and excuses.

the title says it all really, but ill explain. no one at the gym was aware there was an upstairs business, that buisness being "peak pharmacy". they installed cameras on their parking spaces. and it took days for people to know or notice. no warming was given by them or the gym. i was only aware once i gotr the letter in the post. i denied any responsability as you would do if you felt you wasnt at fault. i tried to contact them to sort out a payment plan. nothing. theyve put in claims at court 3 weekas apart. i cant pay. its going to ruin my credit score.. they did it to an old lady in her 70s as well. got her for 700 pound. if you gob on to their website they talk a load of waffle about mental health awareness and wellbeing wednesdays and stress. what part of ruining people lives and leaving them in debt makes you loook or sound like you give a crap about mental health? im genuinley stuck . couldnty pay it when it was60 defo cant pay each one at 260. the origional fine was 60 but to do this the lawyer they used was 50? its diabolical. i can only conclude they were massively pissed off with people using their parking space. jd should have made us aware. they are both massively at fault. had to leave the gym as well. ruining my life. im gonna get everyone who got fined together any way and i wont be bullied or intimidated by court fines and my credit being ruined for something i had no control over. I messaged on Facebook to try and sort out a payment plan and you ignored me. You don't care about mental health. Or Milton Keynes people. It's a shameless cash grab. And bang out of order.

Jardines Pharmacy, Irchester - Absolute shambles. No idea what they are doing. 2weeks to get prescription - half of it missing!!
Time they got their act together. Only 1 member of staff in there with any gumption.
Get script made up as they receive it from GP, and,
Need to notify patient when script is made up ready for collection, not have you waiting 40 minutes while they try to find items.
We are in an ever-growing village that needs a good reliable pharmacy.
Not everyone has the means to go elsewhere.

Omg worst ever rude!! Pharmacy ever seen!! Just useless people ever!! I don’t understand their customer service really!! Super rude super wild ever I seen whole my life. There is an old Indian guy super rude to people. Just DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE !!!

Turned up to collect my prescription at 0900 on the 14.06.24 at Jardines pharmacy in Bedgrove, Aylesbury.
Note on door said Sorry, closed until 1030!
Went back at 1045 to stand in a queue, five people in front of me, for near on 30 minutes.
The service is so slow it's painful and it is a laughing stock in the community it serves.
Jardines need to up their game by 300% or sell to someone who knows what they are doing.

I had a perscription sent to the wrong pharmacy and the staff went above and beyond to sort it out for me and even stayed late to give me the medication. Theservice was brilliant but not as good as the lovely staff!

Been Handed six parking fines while I've been attending the gym next door to the pharmacy as they haven't sign written the spaces only putting a small sign and the barriers are down so you think it's ok

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parking situation managed by Jardines (UK). Despite parking in a space marked with a heart symbol - which used to be designated for gym patrons - I received an unjust parking ticket. This space, along with others, apparently belongs to Jardines (UK) now, but the signage has not been updated to reflect this change.

This oversight in updating the parking signs is not only negligent but also misleading for anyone who isn't aware of the recent changes. It seems like a deliberate attempt to catch people out, resulting in unfair fines. Such a lack of attention to essential details is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management's regard for fairness and customer experience.

Obviously, a company designed for its investors!

All of my meds are now being sourced from the cheapest possible outlet. This has resulted in my pain levels raising from an average of @ 5 to a 6 - 6.5!

They are also still using Lloyd's chemist bags to put my drugs in.

Despite my G.P. actually writing down the brand of one drug in particular, I STILL got what the chemist fancied putting in the bag!

I will be going elsewhere for my meds as soon as possible!
