Purchased a pair os shoes took a while to get here they arrived on 21.9.26 not in a box sqaushed in plastic wrap and bag .they looked ok .On trying them on one fits and the other the back strap is longer so it keeps falling off .So not good and they are cheap chinese rubbish emailed company to organise fefund or replacement have not had a reply still waiting sent photos with email donot trust this company
Received my sneakers today and I went on 5km walk, OMG absolutely so comfortable, excellent quality and stylish, well worth the wait, they are excellent all round.
Kate from Customer service was exceptional, her quick response and helpful manner I just cannot fault, I ordered the wrong size and within 24hrs my new sneakers were ready to be shipped to me.
I ordered White & Black and will definately be ordering another colour.
Great shoes. Wonderful customer service. The responses straight away and dealt with my sizing straight away. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I would definitely buy from them again.
Must say my order did take quite a while to arrive. Once the shoes arrived, I was impressed, fitted perfectly, made with care and look great. Thank you for the great service. arrival
Great service Emailed company about my shoes not sure how long they would take to arrive after 10 days, They got back to us within 1 hour explained they are on their way with a tracking number and they did arrive 2 days later. Very happy will buy more shoes when needed.

Poor quality, misadvertised products. No customer service. Avoid this company.
I have sent a couple of emails in regards to returning some shoes and there has been no reply or acknowledgment of these emails. You only have a certain period of time to return the goods.
Products are not what they are advertised as. I ordered a blouse that was advertised as cotton blend. When I finally received a long delayed delivery, the material was 100% polyester, no other label as to who made the item.
Contacted them with no reply. The delivery specified 3-5 working days. It took them 5 weeks with a promise of a 20% discount for the delay. Didn’t see a cent. Since the delivery I have contacted them about the material used and the false advertising with no reply!
I would not recommend buying from this Sydney company.
Response to my emails were prompt and problem was actioned immediately. Very efficient and friendly
