If you look online, you will find other companies that have cheaper prices but... keep in mind, all of them take 2 weeks or more for shipping ( from China) and Customs taxes are not payed so add another 20%+ on top of that. My conclusion, after a long search, Jasmine Silk is the best on the UK market for silk garments.
My experience with Jasmine Silk was not that great from the start because of the shipping company. After contacting them, I was refunded for something that was out of their control. When I returned an item, the same problem but this time from my side ( the shipping company, RM decided to take 10 days for First Class!!) I was over the 14 days return period but Lucy was very understanding and helpful. Thank you and I'll be ordering from you soon!

I've been buying my silk pillow cases from Jasmine for about 20 years and have recommended to friends who now also purchase from them. Branched out recently for a silk eye mask - much better quality and price than competitors.

Idk what kind of sizing they’re using, but I’ve bought other pajama sets and I’m usually a large in top and bottom. I received these, and I was drowning in the large top and the bottoms were skin tight. They wouldn’t let me exchange for a medium top and XL bottom. They also make you pay for returns so I would think twice before purchasing their products.

Choose somewhere else to buy your pillowcase do not go with Jasmine silk

I bought a duck egg blue silk pillowcase from this company and I washed it to the instructions on the package. The pillowcase however, came out of the wash with faded patches all over it.
I contacted the company and their answer was ‘we believe that the washing tablet has caused this issue to the pillowcase. If left too long directly on any form of material this will stain the fabric.’ And that was it!
What a waste of £30, so if you have read this review, please go somewhere else to find your silk bedlinen as this could happen to you

Beautiful men's boxer pants.

My better half cycles in pants to work - and because he's shy wears the same pants all day on a construction site. He uses nail clippers rather than filing his nails and yet these boxers survive without ladders and runs. Treating him to a few more pairs - to save myself the stress of him running out, I forgot to apply my discount code. Sent an email and just received said discount. That's what I call customer service. I shall see if we can ask my son if he wants some - without creeping him out!

Very fast correspondence and quickly sorted out issues I was having with the courier of my order.

Purchased a king sized silk all weather duvet from them. Loved the item until it came to being cleaned/washed. I had it done earlier this year when changed to summer duvet. It had been kept in the bag until required 3 weeks ago. I was so upset to find it had actually shrunk. Big time. It had gone wrinkly too. Not a good look. Immediately I contacted the cleaning company. They assured me it had been cleaned following the guidelines on the duvet tag. I then contacted Jasminesilk who refused to accept any responsibility. I even got a letter from the cleaners confirming it had been done like they suggested. Various emails back and forth. They tell me it’s not meant to be sent out to be cleaned. So why not put this on the label? It wouldn’t fit in my washer anyway. You can always tell how good a company is when they react to a problem. They have not reacted well. Was offered 20% discount on future purchase. They give 10% anyway. I wouldn’t buy from they again.

Ordered silk pillowcase. Kept me up to date with despatch notice, sent very quickly, and well packaged. Very positive experience. Love the fact it's silk one side and cotton the other. I can choose which to use. Thank you

Excellent service, let me know the item was out of stock and when it was due. I emailed near the time it was due and they said it was all on schedule, and was dispatched earlier than they said.

I am very happy with my silk filled duvet and double silk duvet cover , they appear to be great quality and oh gosh, they are VERY nice and cozy to sleep with. The post sales communication and customer service however, need work. So jasminesilk if you are reading this, take that on board.

Quick delivery and lovely quality sleep bonnet

I recently bought 2 pairs of silk gloves to wear at night to help with my extreme hand eczema. They are really lovely and are proving a great help. I have ordered more pairs as at last I have found something soft and comfortable after years of looking. Cotton no, synthetic no, silk yes ! They were delivered very quickly and free postage.
