Jay shetty had changed my life. I became a Jay shetty certified authenticity coach at the moment that I was going through my worst. Everything that he teaches and stands for I changed my life and inspired me to do great things in this world. My journey started after I had a tragedy. While going through therapy, my therapist noticed that I was inclined to helping people.

I had been coaching and consulting (not certified) for years. When she mentioned that I should get certified and start helping people officially, I agreed.

There was another coaching program that I was looking into too. I decided to go with the Jay Shetty Certification Program because I had been following Jay for years and I loved what he stood for 🤍

The program was beautifully laid out. The modules were concise and understandable. I devoured them because I loved what I was leaning.

Being a part of the coaching process was definitely a challenge. But, it was a challenge I loved. I knew that practicing coaching with others was going to make me a better coach ❤️
