3G isn't available, only 2G and 4G available.

Speeds only available 100-400 KB/s during night after 1 AM and before 8 AM.

You charge full amount, but don't have a backup for electricity load shedding, strong winds, rain. You always absent when such things happen.

Since start of 2021, your services aren't available most the time.
During the second semester in 2021 start, your signals were always gone completely at around 7 AM and weren't back until 3-4 PM.
Your habits are getting worse day by day. I would have to fix it if you don't do it the east way yourself.

If you don't fix your internet, signals, and services, and customer support immediately, competitors would be given a chance at a scale you can't digest.

All the day except late night, there isn't even a 50 KB/s stable internet speed most the time.

Improve you Signals & Internet at KFUEIT 2.

Jazz has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I would suggest everyone to avoid using any product or services from jazz to avoid any complications . Their customer service team couldn't resolve my complaint even after 4 months continuous calls and emails .

Useless Website... broken links, misleading info, though it says to order sim online but it does not work.

i have subscribe pacage on my no 03226841929 from UBL.
instead of pacage jazz received balance after deduction of 150 pkr
as i start to use interent balance start to deduct
i call the help line they told me its your mistake not our because your sim is on rox

if my sim is on rox then why you are receing pacage subscriton and why you are revceing money from customers

i will compint regurallry if my issue does not solve

There franchise receptionist miss lead people.

It’s horrible, they scam people! I never subscribed to their service but they did it automatically and took lots of money from my account. Run away from these scammers and choose a better service. I will be doing the same.

I recently faced an issue with my JazzCash debit card. I paid my Virtual University fee using the card. The transaction was declined, but the amount was still deducted from my account. I reached out to their support multiple times to look into this issue, but I never heard back. Very poor service.

Extremely poor service, instead of activating the PKG they loaded balance, I called them and they said there was an error , we will return your balance like seriously? Am I supposed to smash your load on my head now ? And what's worse ? There's no guarantee how many times this kinda error will happen again , it's just frustrating and ghatiya .. totally ridiculous

Pathetic support and information availablity, they don't seem to be able to answer basic questions, worst choice of carrier in Pakistan. Was going to buy the new iPhones through them but going to switch carriers instead, that's how great their customer experience is

Poor & worst services ever.. i'm going to change my network from jazz to zong.. zong is far far better than jazz

I am very sad to say that I have been a Jazz user for the last 15 years but I have never seen such a bad service from this network in my life. I have been in the UK for the last 3 years and have contacted Jazz customer care many times to restore my international roaming but till date it has not been possible due to which I am facing problems in bank transactions and other important matters. I advise new users to use any network other than this network but do not come to Jazz. If you have it, get it converted.

Jazz is the worst network ever – extra balance deductions, pathetic services, no access to a real representative, and zero customer support. Nothing but frustration and money loss.

Jazz's service is extremely disappointing. The charges are high, but the quality of service is very poor. Every time I recharge my balance, a significant amount is deducted without any clear reason. This kind of exploitation is unacceptable. Jazz needs to seriously improve its services and stop unfairly charging its users.

Absolutely awful systems and procedures. I wanted to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid and that took me 6 consecutive days of visiting their help centre.
