Very disappointing quality and warranty response.
Bought a JC Buckman RejuvenateUs on 10 May 2026. In less than 5 months and using it for only maximum 20-30 times, the material in the foot area has torn exactly where the rollers operate.
This was not caused by scratching, cutting, pets, misuse or any external damage. It has happened in the area used by the chair’s own mechanism. You can clearly see the part thats damaged is where the rollers and its not even a place where pressure if applied when sitting. This is a zero gravity chair so the pressure is off the feet when the chair is raised so the issue is all to do with the mechanism of the rollers.
I sent them the receipt, photos and video, but their response was simply that technical parts are covered, leather is not. Without addressing whether the chair’s own mechanism caused the damage.
Customer service was not helpful at all.
Buyers should be very careful. This company is not helpful when an issue arises, does not properly resolve problems, and does not seem to care about the damage caused to the customer. When you pay such a high price for a product, you expect it to be durable and of good quality. It is even more disappointing when they refuse to help with an issue that is not the customer’s fault.
