THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. THEY’RE RUDE THEY LIE THEIR DEALER PRINCIPAL IS A LIAR THEIR SALES MANAGER JOHN RUDE AND A LIAR.

MY ADVICE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
THE CAR IN QUESTION IS NOW BEING PUT UP FOR SALE AGAIN AT FULL MONEY WHEN THEY ARE FULLY AWARE THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN MORE ACCIDENTS AND HAD MORE PAINTWORK THAN A DODGEM CAR BUT YET THEY’VE GOT IT UP FOR SALE FOR MORE THAN I BOUGHT IT FOR AND THEY HAVEN’T EVEN HAD THE TIME TO REPAIR IT. THIS IS HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS.

Youve been warned!

My partner bought an A1 from here, the salesman - Kebba was lovely, very heplful. We drove the car home and it broke down on the way,( which is only 30 minutes away) we managed to limp it home, told these guys and they came and took it back to repair it. It took them a month!! yes a month to apparently replace the clutch, we got the car back and within 20 minutes it was clear the fault was still there - unbelievable that they let my daughter drive a car home from Sheffield knowing that it was still faulty. I got a video of me being unable to put it in gear but they didnt want to see it.

My partner told them she wanted a refund and this is where you see what people who actually are in charge are like, the manager Adam i believe, effectively "coerced" my partner by saying that if she wanted her money back - quote: " it would take weeks" ie so you wont be able to buy another car for weeks if you decide not to buy another car from us. It doesnt take weeks to take a car back, check its still faulty and refund people. No thanks, we dont take kindly to being blackmailed so she told them to come and get the car.

By this point, this debacle had cost us several hundred pounds in lost fuel, registration fees, taxis, etc. They told her they would help out, they would offer a "substantial discount" and they did nothing. Disgusting company, they have now had the car back 6 days and the money was supposed to be refunded today and guess what - no money, despite numerous calls.

Weve gone to another garage and they put these people to shame with how well they treat customers, we have today contacted our MP and we are looking forward to him posting this to his 340,000 followers. If this is the management you employ, you deserve reviews like this.

We needed to book a first MOT for our car that was purchased from JCT600 and were looking to test drive the new T cross. Their service department offered us 26 August! That is over 5 weeks wait. We didn’t ask for a courtesy car or even a specific time of day and not even a waiting appointment. If this is how this new VW dealership is going to provide a service(or lack of it) then we will not bother them again.

Im new to porsche ownership so hadn't been to dealers for parts. After being let down ordering a part off ebay ,I called the dealership. Honestly they have been brilliant to deal with ,the part was cheaper and I can say they were a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks

Went into JCT 600 Merc Sheffield

Spoke to Rob regarding a new E Class and a new V Class, i run a chauffeur company

Rob took my details regarding my 3 year old trade in and promised me to send me a link of what they have available in stock ie Ex Demos nearly week later still no info. This is the second time i been very disappointed other time was with service seems all departments are the same.

Disappointingly poor experience at the Leeds JCT store. A senior advisor’s lack of professionalism and courtesy was quite off-putting. Sadly, I won’t be continuing business and cannot recommend the store

I have used JT600 for 8 years, I've had a service contract with them for the duration of owning my Mercedes. I have nothing but good experiences with dealing with my local branch and they have proved competitive and have shown compassion to my personal circumstances. I am loyal to companies that show flexibility and understanding when dealing with their customers. I would recommend JT600 to service and repair my car and although I am moving soon I will continue to have my service contract with this company. I would like to thank the staff at the Harrogate branch for their help and continued support 10/10

Absolutely avoid Audi Doncaster — careless, costly and unsafe

My experience with Audi Doncaster has been nothing short of a disaster. I originally brought my car in due to cold-start juddering and rattling from the camshafts. They claimed to fix it by replacing the camshafts and the water shut-off valve. Within a week, I discovered an oil leak.

I was told it would take six weeks just to look at the car. When I finally got there, I was told (without prior notice) I’d need to pay £300 just for diagnostics. I refused, having already wasted time driving from Nottingham.

A local garage I paid £150 diagnosed a dangerous leak from the bank 1 rocker cover, with oil leaking onto the exhaust. Audi eventually admitted this and repaired it under warranty—so much for “nothing to do with us.”

Then they claimed the bank 2 rocker cover gasket needed replacing too—for £1,200—despite no mention of this issue during the two previous visits, even after working on the camshafts and valves on bank 1. Very questionable.

And even after all this, the original cold-start juddering issue remains unresolved.

Audi Doncaster failed at every stage—misdiagnosis, lack of transparency, safety risks, and a disregard for customer time and money. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend others avoid them too.

My parents went with a fault in their car; okay it was two weeks outside of warranty; that's not an issue; What was disappointing was how they were treated by the Service Manager; Initially telling them it would be a diagnostic charge then charging them an additional two hours labour; Speaking to my parents who arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 5pm and there was a mobility customer who was also there as long; The service manager didn't show any empathy to them; The service agent, Stephen, who I spoke to was very understanding, but his hands were tied by the Service Manager; Ive since spoken to another dealership and their attitude is totally different; notes on their system that they are elderly; with an offer to take them to a local transport hub if they vehicle needs to be kept in; We don't expect special treatment but empathy goes a long way to helping an elderly couple understand.

Be aware of JCT Doncaster Audi they are scammers!

They take your deposit, promise you a car, then uplift the price at the very last minute after they think they’ve got you.

Bought a Golf from here 3 weeks ago and the car is still sat at home in garage and unable to drive. Cant insure or tax as they sold the vehicle without correct logbook which I am still waiting for. Delays and lies and is a poor deal from a major company. 4 weeks to trial your vehicle for faults or unhappy with is nearly at its end!! Want to add the young salesman has been amazing and totally not his fault, this lies with the manager and the receiving and selling of cars without correct and viable paperwork.

Appalling service. In negotiations to buy a new A6. Despite being first to make an enquiry they messed us about for 48 hours during which time they sold it to someone else. If you want a straight answer from one of their sales team, you won't get one. They seem so busy trying to outdo each other to get a sale and commission, the customer comes a very poor second.

Excellent company, they’ve always been quick to help with car problems and finding parts. The staff are lovely and super helpful, it’s always a pleasure dealing with them ⭐️
