JD Greta Reviews

We ordered some wall units via B&Q. They were delivered quickly and were easy to assemble. Good quality for the price point and the colour was exactly what I wanted. Good selection of unit sizes. Excellent and prompt customer service when needing a replacement door. Would recommend.

We ordered the wrong colour and they responded promptly offering a replacement at no extra cost. Would buy from them again.

I chose J D Greta units based on the availability and excellent range of sizes available. The price, including delivery, offered good value for money and the units arrived very quickly. The items were well packed and included all fixings and instructions for easy assembly.
I did damage a draw front when assembling. When I contacted the company, I had a reply the same day offering to send a replacement draw front.
Overall a good experience. I would buy again and recommend. Thank you.

Great Team and excellent high standard work.

The quality of the units is really good and easy to assemble
I had an issue with one of the draw fronts which was my fault, I contacted the customer service department and they were really helpful
Overall great experience.

I bought kitchen base units from JD Greta through B&Q I didn't know what to expect due to the price of the units. When the units arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The units where easy enough to build and sturdy. The quality of the units are great. I would highly recommend JD Greta .

I recently purchased flat-packed kitchen units from JD Greta, and my experience was largely positive. The selection available was impressive, with various styles and finishes to choose from, making it easy to find something that suited my home’s aesthetic.

Ordering was straightforward, and the website provided clear information about dimensions and assembly requirements. I appreciated the detailed assembly instructions included with the units, which made the process manageable even for someone with limited DIY experience.

The quality of the materials was better than I expected for the price point. The units feel sturdy, and the finish is quite appealing.

Delivery was prompt, and everything arrived in good condition, well-packaged to prevent damage. Overall, I would recommend JD Greta for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen with flat-packed units. The combination of quality, variety, and customer service makes it a solid choice.

We have ordered 3 sets of the kitchen units and couldn’t be happier with them. They come with everything you need and they’re very reasonably priced. Delivery was very fast and we were kept up to date on when they were coming. Customer service was also very helpful when we accidentally damaged an item while building it. I would definitely recommend and happily order again.

Awful customer service. The whole process has been a nightmare and incredibly stressful.
Should have been next day delivery (the only reason I ordered this kitchen), nothing arrived. Nothing showed up on the tracking with DHL.
DHL say they never received the packages. JdGreta say DHL lost the packages. (4??!)
3 days later another kitchen was sent out, tracking actually showed it was on it's way. Arrived 4 days later than it should have, delaying the installation of my kitchen.
Then to add insult to injury, they didnt send the door handles, which should have been included. I'm yet to receive them, apparently they are on their way.
I raised a formal complaint which they arent interested in. And have said they have no intention of compensating me for the stress, hassle, cost and inconvenience they have caused me.
The actual kitchen is fine.
Absolutely would not use again or recommend.

I bought some kitchen units from JD Greta
The units arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful customer service was excellent and really helpful
The quality of the products are very good and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Second order or JD kitchen always unsure buying from afar. But the information and choice on the website then easy understanding of the measurements Made planning our kitchen seamless then once we decided what sizes and unit we needed. Picking the colour and style then quick click seeing all in stock. Placing the order And then
Notification came. And I followed the packages as they got delivered. Within days they got delivered the instructions to build so easy to follow the units are very sturdy and feel good quality 1st units have been used for last few months and haven’t given us any problems. So buying again from JD Greta wasn’t difficult. There website is so easy to navigate and from ordering to delivery was kept fully informed nice to know a uk based company that has a decent after sales Thankyou JD

Bought kitchen units from them through B&Q in August 2024. 2 weeks after the 12 month warranty all 4 doors tape has started peeling off leaving exposed chip board. Contacted them and basically they are not interested despite being just 2 weeks out of warranty . To add insult to injury they offered to sell me some replacement doors. Certainly will not be taking them up on that offer.

Excellent customer service

I bought the kitchen units via B&Q and although I got confused about what was coming directly from JD Greta and what B&Q were delivering, it was sorted immediately. I’ve done many flat packs in my time but these were far the easiest. All small pieces individually packed and the various sized screws labelled, brilliant idea. The units are very competitively priced and they look great. Only negative is that you can only contact JD Greta via email and not telephone, but the emails are answered quickly. Would definitely buy again from this company and would recommend.

Fantastic service quick and easy no hassle easy approach the business is really listening to clients !!!!

One of my friends bought this kitchen to his home. I have seen it, touched it. And i can tell that people who made this kitchen, should be proud of themselves. Quality and design is on a top level with affordable prices. This days it's very hard to find good kitchen.

Great customer service! Wide range of products. Good quality for the good price. Delivery arrived on time.
Would definitely recommend!
