Been going there 3 week now, very happy nice and clean got some equipment i try i never use before now use very happy with. But one very disappointed the changing room don't open all the time,... Toon meer

My mates heart rate increased and he went to a member of staff to ask him for something since his blood sugar dropped and the worker there said yes instantly and asked no questions, he practically saved my mate from collapsing on the floor and we are forever grateful to the man

Great equipment, badly run, not clean
Great selection of equipment. However, there is a lot of mould around the stairs area where water has been leaking from the roof.
Also, for some reason they shit the locker rooms and showers at 10 PM which means this gym is not suitable for shift workers who may wish to use it overnight or early hours of the morning before work.

Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Our Basingstoke gym is open 24hours and throughout the night, our accessible changing room is open should you need to get changed or grab a shower. We do close some areas (i.e the main changing rooms and saunas) for the safety of our members but our accessible facilities offer complete privacy!

Great kit, and lots of it. Some more could be duplicated mind.
Many cable machines are out of order and missing carabiners.
Toilets are often missing toilet paper, and a lot of the showers are out of action, too.
EZ bar cable attachments would be good to have in the gym, as there are none of them.
Also, if you come after 10 pm, the locker rooms are shut, and there is only one loo besides that

Been going there 3 week now, very happy nice and clean got some equipment i try i never use before now use very happy with.
But one very disappointed the changing room don't open all the time, i know why but as im in the gym at 3am there only one to toilet there and overnight shower that is the only thing is bad
But a very good gym

Underhand tactics when cancelling…
Underhand tactics when cancelling membership to try and make you pay an additional month. If you want to leave just cancel your DD as per their terms and conditions. If you do it direct they will try to rip you off!

AMAZING
AMAZING, I have been to my fair share of gyms at this one was luxurious. An enormous selection of equipment, very clean, lovely aesthetics and overall very nice vibe. I have been to other JD gyms and this takes the biscuit. Can’t wait to go again.
