Joe has made the gym very clean and made it a very good workout experience. This gym is an excellent environment to workout in and a friendly space.

Lovely gym been coming here about 2 years now, always friendly staff, clean and tidy gym is well equipped for all types of training.

The staff here are fantastic - friendly, helpful, and they actually remember your name. As a 51-year-old woman, I was a bit nervous starting out, but they made me feel welcome from day one. Everyone’s supportive, no judgment, just genuine encouragement. Great gym, great people. Highly recommend!

Fab gym, great equipment, great staff, proper look after all the members love it

Despite having been a regular user it is with huge disappointment that the customer service and the hygiene of this gym lacks in many evident ways. The horrific smell in the changing rooms including the sauna and showers is unacceptable. The early closing hours of the changing rooms seems to change every month and despite it closing well early and having ample time to clean it still smells.

Equipment that has been damaged in the gym stays out of service for days, calling the gym and getting someone on the phone doesn’t seem to exits. Very poor management being a spacious gym and many members are cancelling their membership. Customer have a right to counter claim their monies back as the services promised are not being delivered and the gym is not fit for its purpose and not delivering what it promises that comes under false misleading advertisement.

Despite huge opportunity this site is not given the attention it needs.

I recently left the Gym to go elsewhere as their unclean changing rooms and smelly sauna didnt satisfy my needs, the company then charged me £41.99, i had emailed them asking why and after a week they responded to - my card declined a previous payment for the monthly subscription plus they charged me for another month.
i responded to them providing evidence of the direct debit leaving my account and also showing there terms and conditions which do not state being charged an extra months pay, i withdrew my direct debit with 21 days until my next payment, they responded repeating why they had charged me and not looking at my evidence and refusing to pay my refund, not happy and definitely will not be going back or joining this group again

Amazing kit, classes and community vibe. Friendly staff and gym is always nice and clean. Sauna is fab too!

The amazing staff and huge variety of classes, beats all the other gyms hands down.

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! Everyone has been super lovely and welcoming from day one. I absolutely love the classes especially Body Combat and Zumba. They’re always fun, high energy, and leave me feeling amazing. Highly recommend!
