It's ok overall. Better than my local Gym group gym. If you go in early it's fairly quiet, especially on weekends. Some of the cable machines need a bit of tlc but other than that it's a nice space. G... Toon meer

Rudest team. Called multiple times before getting through. To have no support about my issue and be rude to. Has happened before in person as well. Terrible gym would not recommend.

The machines are great
The machines are great. They have good aircons. Big mirrors. More equipment. Friendly stuff and fire changing rooms🔥🔥. I would give the JD GYMS 6 stars if I could.

I like how much equipment there is…
I like how much equipment there is however I’m still a beginner at the gym and was a little confused on how to use all the equipment and definitely don’t have the confidence to ask

Classes are not reliable
It's in a very convenient location with plenty of parking however it's costly if you forget to register your car in your arrival at the gym. The gym itself is usually very busy and difficult to get on equipment.
If you are interested in classes don't be surprised if the instructor has not turned up. JD do not offer a replacement so the class is often cancelled last minute which is a huge waste of time especially at 6.30 in the morning. Sets you up for a bad day. The management don't seem to be bothered about any sort of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for.

Information regarding parking at any of our clubs is available on the home page of the club, on the JD Gyms website. There is also signage in the gym, to make members aware of the parking procedures.
Great staff and facilities.
Great staff. Was nervous as a first time customer. Very helpful patient and knowledgeable. Fantastic range of equipment and excellent facilities.

Nice space but condition of machines is poor…
Nice space but many machines in poor state of repair. No visible staff to reaasure you of safety or advice. Reasonable price (would expect nicer equipment) with monthly rolling contract though.

Liked there are plenty of cardio…
Liked there are plenty of cardio equipment to choose from.
Disliked almost every weights machine I went to I had to go searching for pins as people had taken them to other equipment.
Decent gym otherwise

Great equipment at the gym but…
Really great equipment at the gym but no obvious cleaning materials, equipments lacks pins and clips for safety. I called gym and no one answers or answers voicemails or any emails. No obvious staff which is a real shame as the gym itself is well kitted out.

Hello, thanks for the review.
The cleaning stations in our gyms have been removed. We have however, provided extra bottles of sanitiser around the gym and we do encourage our members to bring in their own towel to clean off the equipment after use. Alongside this, we also have cleaners in the gym who frequently clean the equipment and work to ensure a high standard is maintained. If you do notice any equipment needs a wipe down, please let a member of staff know.

Joined recently and attended Sunday…
Joined recently and attended Sunday morning for the JD Burn class. Arrived waited in the studio along with other members, there was other people saying that the class may not go ahead and that this was not unusual for the instructor not to turn up. Went to seek out a member of staff to be advised the instructor had not turned up and they had been unable to make contact with them. Again informed this was not the first time the instructor had not turned in and that they need to get someone else to take the class.
