Complete third world,fake advertising. Stealing money and sending low grade cheap products. DO NOT ORDER! COMPLETE SCAM!

I have not received my ring yet. I literally just ordered it Sunday. I am going to return it when it gets to me because not knowing or even seeing the box it seems to be a symbol of a Buddhist light figure and when I went to Google to research the company and its name, the rings are based off of a shrine, so these rings are based off of a particular religion And shrine, this is directly what google is saying the imaging that came along with the words are shocking for ME.
someone who is a Christian I think that the consumer should know exactly what they’re buying the background of the company from the website buying it from. Me Walmart
and that should not be hidden when someone’s buying something so important for or to them because as a Christian, there is no way I’m going to buy a item that is a religious sacrifice or a shrine as google is showing and saying placed with jewelry
And the religious beliefs are completely different from my own with a brand that is created around this particular jewelry i’m a little upset but more disappointed because this was a gift for my baptism 😞

Very poor quality! Ring was not the quality that was described. The finish was faded within 6 days. The will not stand behind the ring.

I first found JeenMata or Jeen Trading, LLC on Walmart website, where they are listed as a Pro Seller.

They appear to have some reviews for their products tied to Shy Gems so I take it that that is also the same company.

One order came from Houston. Another order I placed shipped out of Canada, where they are apparently headquartered (name there is LAKME IMPEX INC.)

I can speak to my Walmart experiences: The seller responded to my concern when an earring back was loose on my first order and sent out replacements. That first order consisted of 1/2 ctw diamond earrings. The stones were of very GOOD quality and test as diamond on my diamond tester.

This year I placed three orders. In one case I messaged them via Walmart and they were friendly and responsive. In another case, I did not hear back.

I have yet to receive anything that looks or feels "cheap". (Each order has been worth the money I paid.)

That said, I now intend to have the pieces checked out because Moissanite can test as diamond on low-end diamond testers. I also came to appreciate, belatedly, that a 10K gold stamp is not present on the earrings from my first order. (I am now wondering if it could be gold plated silver given that most of their merchandise consists of plated silver.)

A quick FYI for those who are angry that their rose gold or whatnot faded or tarnished. JeenMata CAN make your item in whatever metal you prefer if you buy from them directly (ShyGems website).

If you are expecting rose or yellow-gold plated wedding rings to hold up, the short answer is that they won't. And that's true no matter where you buy them. Gold wash is the least durable. Gold plate is the second least. Vermeil is better. Gold-filled is superior. And you can get a lot of use from those in jewelry that stays dry (like a pendant). For wedding rings, however, plated material is a BAD CHOICE.

If you don't want your rings to fade, your only real choice is gold, white or rose gold in 10-18K (solid). If you can't afford that, buy SILVER because unlike the others most jewelers can apply rhodium plating over the silver to prevent tarnishing and to give you the look of solid white gold or platinum (no one will ever know). All of this is to say I think it's unfair to slam this company (or similar) for providing budget-priced bridal jewelry in gold-over-silver. Do your homework and understand that plating of rings is destined to wear off, often within as little as a year. Chemicals (chlorinated pool water, household cleaners, dish soap, lotions) are hard on gold plating.

Having said all this, I recently came across this company selling 1 carat silver earrings (with gold, rose and white plate) for such a rock-bottom low price that I am beginning to second-guess my prior purchases. Either they are conflict diamonds, lab diamonds or Moissanite. I don't see how they can sell the real thing (earth-mined, decent quality) for a fraction of the price otherwise.

I have placed multiple orders and will now take everything I have purchased to a jeweler for proper testing. If there is a discrepancy I will file with the BBB and inform Walmart.

I already know that the company has violated at least one law, and that is the requirement to apply a hallmark. There is no metal stamp of any kind. Having said that, I have ears that are sensitive to non-gold, non-silver material. My 10K "gold" earrings have not tarnished and they are non-magnetic. (I will update this review if I learn otherwise.)

It may very well be that this company is just unwilling, like the vast majority in the jewelry trade, to screw over their customers with artificially high prices. (Contrary to popular opinion, diamonds are one of the most common gemstones. Prices remain artificially high so the DeBeers cartel can keep up their decades-old marketing about the precious nature of diamonds going.) Nevertheless, the saying goes: "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". If you buy from this company and have any doubts take it to a jeweler to confirm! If you should then confirm from a jeweler that you got a *great deal* on the *real deal* then give this company the props it deserves over at Walmart and Shy Gems!

I ordered the ring and was given a ETA of arrival, that didn't happen. Tried to cancel and was told I couldn't. After 3 EVA'S and still no ring, Jeen Trading LLC canceled on ME! 3 DAYS BEFORE XMAS!! Now I have no gift for my fiance and have to scramble to try to find her a gift. I have to say they did refund my money to my CC but after reading the reviews I guess I'm lucky that happened. NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered the ring in January and it took 4 weeks to get it. Luckily my renewal ceremony was not until June 4th. We had a beautiful ceremony the ring was beautiful but by the end of July I noticed that all of the rose gold had washed off making the quality of this ring horrible I reached out to them and they said that because I ordered in January my warranty was not good even though I didn't get the rain till February nor start wearing it until June. It is faulty and they do not stand behind it

They take your money then never send your item to UPS. Then when you reach out... nothing. Thieves.

I ordered a ring from Walmart which was supposed to be fulfilled from this company I got an email that the ring had shipped but now I got an email this morning that they're crediting back my account and that if I want to I reorder the ring what horrible customer service the ring was supposed to be delivered today and now they say it'wont

Almost every review I read on here was poor, so I was upset after ordering from this company through Walmart and thinking I’d have to return the ring to look for something else. Upon receiving the ring, I was so happy! I have my own diamond and gold tester and made sure to test both the diamonds and the gold content. Everything checked out, and I am super happy with my purchase. Although plenty have had poor experiences, I am super happy with the ring I received. Excellent price and beautiful product.

My husband ordered my ring in November, says it was delivered,.. The ring box was empty! I emailed them several times, they said they would check it out with Fedex.. Nothing!! PPL DO NOT BUY THREW THIS COMPANY!! I would give 0 starts, if allowed..

I went into Walmart where I purchased my wife's wedding band and wedding ring as well as my wedding band. Always 10 karat gold and genuine diamonds so they say . Luckily those all checked out but as times are hard right now I was going to pawn my quarter carat diamond earrings and before I took it to the pawn shop I checked it the stone with my own diamond tester which I was not able to use when I purchased the earrings but it barely reads a five or six on the hardness scale. I took it to a pawn shop to confirm and true to form they are glass. Spoke to the general manager and was told that there was nothing she could do really at all so I called to corporate office and I am waiting for a call back from a very high up official apparently because if they do not make this right social media can really put a hurt on a company especially if they're advertising false products. my advice just don't buy jewelry from Walmart

This company sells fake cheap rings,got mine from Walmart.com waited weeks, it finally came paid 230$ and it literally looked like it came from a gun ball machine. Tiny diamond, uncommon sharp edges, fake pic on the website. All these positive reviews on here are all written in the same format and all fake. I emailed them and no reply. Walmart sent it back FedEx, waiting for a full refund. I'm so disgusted with this scam company.

I received my moissanite ring after waiting three weeks. Ad stated “near colorless”. Opened the package and it was yellow. Very yellow. No sparkle. Seriously disappointing. I’m not even attempting a return because the cost and time and energy would be more than what I paid originally.

We ordered a moissanite ring with diamonds, set in gold. Got a ring with just glass stones in it?? Set in sterling silver. Took it or get sized and was told by a REAL jeweler that’s the stones weren’t even CZ. They were just glass.
Very displeased. Returned it immediately.

I seriously can't even express how happy I am with my purchases. I bought my engagement ring with a matching wedding band. It looks even better in person, much better than the picture. The pictures do not do justice.

Very beautiful and high quality. Very professional store. Stayed perfectly on schedule with creating and shipping the ring. They even personally checked to make sure that all specifications were correct before completing order.

Absolutely gorgeous and sparkly ring! The store responds to communication and my gorgeous, well-crafted ring came earlier than the expected time!

I have had my engagement ring for about one year. I took very good care of it. Today (without banging it on something) just drying my hands the entire setting broke off!! The metal was already turning. They will not do anything for me. Some people I'm sure get lucky, but I would buy a $15 ring from the Dollar Store before choosing Jeenjewels. It seems like such a good deal for a reason!!!! Ohand doing what I do for a living, I can promise u that 90% of the good reviews are fake. Shame on u jeenjewels! Ur making it way too obvious... dumb.

Stay away from this company! Ordered a ring from Jeenjewels as a 3rd party seller at Walmart. After a month, received a totally different looking ring that appeared to be costume jewelry. I ordered a green, pear shaped, diamond ring in 10k rose gold & received a rough white stone in a white metal twig type setting. The setting was not marked as gold, was roughly made & very cheap looking. Emailed the company that I received the wrong ring -they want me to return this ring at my expense. Quality soooo low, I do not want a ring from them! I found that the image of the ring I bought was actually taken from an Etsy site.(The images even have the same piece of lint!) The owner of the Esty site has never heard of jeenjewels/jeenmata. I found images of other rings from other Etsy sites as well. Those owners have never heard of this company either. Also, CC was charged right off w/ no way to cancel.

Absolute Trash!!! Bought an engagement/wedding set that was supposed to be Rose Gold and it wore off within 2 weeks. Don't buy from these rip-off Artist!! Might as well get your ring from a gumball machine. Came with a certificate of authenticity which is about the same as guaranteeing a polished piece of poop!! Also, Jeenmata is a village in India.
